Good chemist right next to the station, I always get my meds here. It's usually not too busy and I never have to wait very long before being served. Last time I collected here they told me that this branch was closing and I would have to get me next batch of medicine from the one in Chimes which is always super busy! How annoying I guess I will be collecting from somewhere closer to home in the future.

Terrible store, no staff at the till and then dealing with medical enquiries when there are two pharmacists in attendance who could have dealt with. No interest in serving customers making purchases in store. Their only interest is revenue from prescription services and this will be why Boots will be the next to disappear from the high street. Unlike Superdrug who are able to keep retail and pharmacy services separate and ensure there are dedicated staff for retail customers

Really poor experience today. This store is very badly organised. Staff don't know what they're doing and lacking knowledge about medications. They cannot sell certain non prescription items because pharmacist is late from his break. I think it should be an overlapping staff members that can actually sell medicines continuously. We're talking about sick people feeling bad coming to the pharmacy who cannot buy behind the counter medicine and being ask to wait. Ridiculous!

Have been coming to this Boots for around 2 years and the service hasn’t improved. It takes an incredibly long time to be served, whether you’re waiting for a prescription or not. The pharmacy always has quite a few staff members around (talking amongst themselves) and you’re not given an update on when you can expect to be served. Also, often no one on the tills.

Initially went into the larger Boots pharmacy inside the shopping centre but they wouldn't give us the time of day so popped into this pharmacy instead. Keval the pharmacist saw to us quickly, was friendly and had a great manner with my son. He was informative and gave us helpful advice. Would recommend.

Shelfs are poorly organised, staff do not know where anything that I needed was, shelving too close together for 2 people to pass without knocking stuff off the shelving. Overall a terrible shopping experience and would give it no stars if I could!

Extremely rude Asian Indian/Pakistani female staff by the name of Sam. Senior management should take a note of this. All till positions can be vacant you have to wait long time to be served. Staff have no manners. Never going back to this branch. Visited 8 September 2021 @ 11:15 am.
