   Staff are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I went in to the pharmacy to receive an emergency inhaler as I was having an asthma attack and the staff were incredibly rude even whilst explaining what I was going through. Before approaching the desk I could see the staff going through a delivery and walking in I did not receive one greeting until i stood there for a couple seconds. One staff member told me to show her my prescription with an extremely rude tone and me and my friend were alarmed by this however we ignored it. Whilst I was explaining my situation to this staff member her attention was still diverted to her delivery which I found offensive as I believe it is incredibly rude to not be focusing on a customer whilst they are coming to you for help, especially in my circumstances an asthma attack. Another staff member heard what I was requesting and intervened and continued with giving me my inhaler. Whilst I was sitting down trying to catch my breathe, I did not receive any help from the staff members inside the pharmacy even whilst going through blatant distress. I left and came to collect further prescriptions today and noticed a change in body language and tone with all the members of staff with their tone. I spoke to two staff members who found my inhalers and I asked them if there a specific procedure that must be done when receiving emergency prescriptions especially inhalers when someone is going through an asthma attack. The pharmacist became extremely defensive as im assuming she was aware that her colleague had been rude the day I approached them for help. Im extremely disappointed with the lack of support from on campus staff who act this way when a student are going through a difficult situation with their health. I do not feel safe with members of staff who laugh when being told I was scared for my health and I am so disgusted with the actions of all three staff members who were involved with this incident.

   I have been using Brunel Pharmacy for many years now and have always found them to be extremely helpful. They’ve started doing B12 injections too and I’ve had a few done there by Mariam. The process is very quick and Mariam very professional in administering the jabs. I can’t fault this Pharmacy at all and it’s always my first place to go for advice.

   Service with a smile from ever obliging staff. With a highly trained pharmacist in house often, no need to wait ages for a doctor's appointment when you can get professional advice on a multitude of ailments. You will be advised if you need to see a doctor. Remember pharmacist cannot prescribe prescription drugs. Only what you can buy over the counter. If you need prescription drugs you need to see a doctor. I suggest you make a phone call before having an interview with a pharmacist as there is no guarantee being there all day everyday. Any consultation will be done discreetly and privately. I have used this pharmacy for many years even before it moved to the present location when it was at the Brunel Medical center.

   Often short delivery, or forget to deliver to alternative address. They close “for 20 mins” but no idea when the 20 mins started. They open late or close earlier than advertised. Not always a pharmacist on site. Bit of a shambles really.
