   Bought a hair colour spray from this pharmacy but when I tried to use it, it sprayed everywhere and made a mess in my bathroom. Obviously a manufacturers's fault. Took the spray back to Jeeves for a replacement or discount and was advised by member if staff that "refunds cannot be given when the product has left the shop"!! Unbelievable. Staff is incredibly unhelpful and miserable

   I have to use this pharmacy because my prescription was sent there. But I will be checking if in future I can get it sent to a pharmacy that is reputable in future. I collected a prescription yesterday and when I got home and opened it I found there were 4 pessary missing from the foil packet. I called the pharmacy right away and was told to return the packet and exchange the next day. The pharmacist the next day challenged me by asking if I was sure I hadn’t taken missing pessaries out myself. I’m not sure how qualified she is or is aware of how this medication is used. But I would have no benefit in stealing 4 pesserys from the pkt which is on a repeat prescription. And should have been worried about me not using a tampered prescription. And she should also be checking how thoroughly her stock is being managed and there is no staff pilfering. There is a pharmaceutical code of practice she needs to adhere to I’m pretty sure. Overall ALL the staff in this place need customer service training. You have to go in and deal with deadpan expressions. People are usually ill and in need of help when going there. This is not what a community pharmacy should be like. They all get paid for their efforts. None of them are doing anyone free favours. So they need to try much much harder. The only reason they are still here because they have no competition and people have to go there.

   I came in at 6:25, in desperate need of antibiotics which are available over the counter, they would not serve me as it was a 5 minutes before closing and turned me away. I was so unwell and shivering, how can you turn someone unwell away just for convenience when you are meant to be helping them? The reason she sent me away - she had stuff to do before the end of the day…

   This Pharnacy has courteous staff who listen and help. The Pharmacist has just sourced an acceptable alternative for one of my regular asthma inhalers, which has been unavailable, after several weeks of trying for me. Very grateful!

   They called me and questioned my prescription that I needed post surgery for when I was house bound. I was passed around to multiple people before being forced to disclose medical information I didn’t feel comfortable too. They then agreed to order and dispense. 2 weeks later while recovering from surgery my mum went to pick up my prescription where they loudly questioned her about the amount and use of the prescription before saying that it ‘wasn’t available from the distributor’ they had not once tried to contact me to inform me of this. Luckily after ringing Saleys in Richings Park they agreed to order it and it will be available tomorrow. This is not the first issue me or others have had. Especially with them loudly talking about prescriptions and your address breaching GDPR

   Charged me 3 times for a prescription when my doctor said it should be one payment only. Older male pharmacist is incredibly rude and shouted across the pharmacy because I was facing the other way in an aggressive tone then proceeded to ask me about my medication loudly in front of other people when it is clearly a private matter and not something I would like everyone to know my medical issues. There should be privacy over these things, it’s disrespectful and unprofessional.

   I have used jeeves chemist for many years and they have always provided me with an excellent service. Howevee, I am a little disapointed that they no loger accept precription orders over the phone.

   A joke of a pharmacy Don’t waste your time here. Especially in 2020 when most people carry £50 notes, they refuse to take them! Something desperately needed for my other half and refused my money. Long live corporate companies! I hope you cease trading soon
