   I arrived at The Village Pharmacy an hour early for my jabs, but the staff welcomed me warmly and were more than happy to accommodate me ahead of schedule. They even offered my partner a flu jab on the spot, which was truly above and beyond our expectations. As we have a long-haul flight ahead, their efficiency and care were greatly appreciated — it really put our minds at ease. We travelled all the way from Sunderland, and I can honestly say the service we received here has been exceptional — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend this chemist to anyone looking for outstanding service and peace of mind before travelling.

   Dear Hitesh, Thank you for being so kind in helping me with the emergency prescriptions for my heart tablets. Has you know I accidentally left my tablets at home in Bridgend in South Wales. After staying the night in a hotel before flying out to America in the morning , I realised I did not have my tablets , and I only had 4 hours before departure to try and get some tablets. This was on Tuesday 29 October 2024. So I phoned the Pharmacy and spoke to Hitesh and this gentleman sorted everything out for me and my tablets were waiting for me to collect. I cannot thank him enough. It would have been a big problem on arrival in America trying to sort out my medication. Thank you again Hitesh. Struan Robertson.
