   One of the worst pharmacies. They don’t answer the phone, when they do they ask you to wait and they put the phone on the side and carry about their business and forget about you. Meanwhile you can hear everyone’s conversations (GDPR?) If you call ahead to make sure they have meds ready they will tell you they are and then you go in to collect and they won’t be ready or they don’t have the meds in stock! My advice is have your medications dispatched to another local pharmacy

   I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Langley Pharmacy. The wait time was extremely long, even though there weren’t many customers ahead of me. When I tried to ask for an update, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, which made the experience even more frustrating. I expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope management takes steps to improve both efficiency and customer service.

   I recommend staying very far away from this pharmacy. The staff are very very rude and unprofessional. I planned in advance with this pharmacy for them to provide me with medication on a certain day as I knew I ran out on that day. They assured they would be able to provide the medication on that certain day. On the day, they started telling me it won't be possible anymore and then called me back saying it will be possible and said they would ring me back which they never did. Then they started ignoring the phone and left me stressing and running around multiple pharmacies to try and find a trained pharmacist that could provide the medication. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

   I’ve always had a great experience with this local pharmacy. The staff are incredibly kind, polite, and professional. Their customer service is excellent — they’re always ready to help and answer any questions with a smile. The service is also very fast and efficient, which I really appreciate, especially on busy days. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and their community. Highly recommended!

   AVOID!! This place is a shambles just like the GP surgery next door. Totally disorganized, unhelpful and at at times rude staff. Prescriptions are never ready on time, that's if they can even find them! Been kept waiting 20 to 30 minutes before while they hunt high and low for it, only to be told come back after 5pm which is not always possible. Go back the following day only to go through the whole scenario all over again. I no longer use this pharmacy and I recommend anyone with a repeat prescription to move it elsewhere.

   I’d prefer to say no stars rather than 1 star. Terrible service, rude staff, particularly one who was just unhelpful. Every time I go I seem to have a problem with my prescription or the service, moving my repeat to another pharmacy as I’m fed up of their bad service.

   Very rubbish service, staff are so rude can’t even ask any question they get so upset, no great or welcome. Waiting is so long. Would not recommend at all but unfortunately that’s the closest for me.

   I had a very bad experience with one of the female staff today. Her service was unacceptable and unbelievable. I removed my repeat prescription straight away from them. Way she talked was not suitable for anyone. Please stay away from this pharmacy at all cost. I wouldn’t give even one star for them.
