   It’s a shame the new staff are rude they don’t like being told that they’ve made a mistake, I’ve been with them many years as my Mum was and also my daughters if the new staff continue to speak to people rudely,I will go to another pharmacy. It’s a shame really the pharmacist are brilliant it’s just one member of staff that’s ruined it.

   I have been visiting this pharmacy for the last 20 years and it used to be the best pharmacy I had ever visited. The old staff were very polite and well knowledgeable. HOWEVER, slowly as the old staff are leaving, new staff are coming in, which in this case is good at all! The new staff always make many SEVERE mistakes with my medications (with once not long ago giving me a higher dosage medication than prescribed by the doctors, only luck enough to have known the difference before taking the medicine) and they lack general manners, professionalism, clinical knowledge and customer service. The new staff are very very rude and take no interest in their professional job role as a pharmacist. The old team were a lovely pair of people but the new staff need re-training clinically and non-clinically. Therefore to put it short, please re-train your new staff, exactly how the old staff were trained otherwise Vantage Pharmacy will and are slowly experiencing a downfall!!!! Please please take some of this critical advice. Thank you

   Everything about this chemist is fantastic, the knowledge by every member of staff. Professionalism, tact, diplomacy all while being friendly. Everyone gets a smile and hello. Prescriptions deliverh service, if meds are not available they order them in for you. I have used this chemist since I was 22. Happy new year From the wonderful Miss Amanda G.

   I used to go here a lot as a kid, and recently moved back to the area. I'm pretty sure it's the same pharmacist that I saw as a kid, and he's lovely. I was sent here via 111 service for a non-emergency check that wasn't necessary to see a GP. Friendly and helpful staff - I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
