   For a couple of years my wife and I have been going to Nuchem for our 'flu and COVID injections. Not only is the service fast and trouble free with a 'walk-in' service but we have always been struck by the immediate friendliness of all staff. Each time we have arrived the first point of contact, not always the same person, has always had a big smile and welcoming attitude which is so refreshing in this day and age. I also have to say, from a personal point of view, that the actual injections have been totally pain free each time, which is a testament to the skill of the pharmacist who administers them. A good town centre Pharmacy well worth a visit.

   Exceptional service and very friendly staff. They are very flexible and go that extra mile in helping you.The good thing is they don't close for lunch unlike my previous pharmacy- hence I transferred my prescription to them.    Is the worst pharmacy to buy products from I wouldn’t recommend anybody living in the area to go through this through my alarm for giving the wrong medication‘s stuff very rude they haven’t got a clue what they doing even deserve one star 0* Bad place If you are NHS and you are free prescription they will charge you and they will still claim and sign it on your behalf and get the money from the other side of the government.

   This pharmacy is by the best I been to locally. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and will also answer any questions raised and also have our repeat prescriptions ready on time. The rest of the staff are a delight to talk to always friendly and welcoming. Please don't change!! SERVICE like this is rare nowadays..

   What a friendly place the two staff in there were lovely. My partner brought a walking stick the other day it was like a two ronnies sketch! Very funny, right on our wavelength. Was a pleasure to visit this chemist hopefully we will do again.

   Horrible place and management, they refuse to apply uk consumer rights law and refuse to return defective item after few hours of purchase. Absolute disgrace. Reported to trading standards and regulator.

   Went to this pharmacy to pick up some sanitizer. The Asian lady tried to sell me a tiny bottle for £4. I said that's a ridiculous price, no thanks I'll leave it. To which she remarked" the more questions you ask about the price the higher the price will go. ". This pharmacy is in Hayes town on coldharbour lane. This kind of greedy attitude is disgusting in our current climate. Taking advantage shows these people don't have the communities best interest at heart.
