   Literally just left your boots in this terminal. Stood at what I thought was the checkout as it had a till on saying our colleagues are happy to help. Beside drinks one member kf staff offloading water into fridges and two female staff standing with him having a personal conversation. When one staff member turned around to me she spoke at me you have yo pay over there and when she went to turn back to her conversation I said oh sorry it says our colleagues are happy yo help to which she muttered something at me and walked off. A woman behind me then said to me (as she was also waiting in what we thought was a line) does that mean there is no pharmacist? Again three members of staff carried on with a conversation. I told the woman I dont know that woman just walked away from me. When I went to the till the female member of staff to whome spoke to me stares at me the whole time with her arms crossed STILL speaking to the member of staff unloading water. I have just came off of a 10.5 hour flight and was in boots to purchase juice to take my tablets. I suggest if thats normal service and staff do not want to serve customers then it should be made more clearer where to self check out is. Really really surprised at this staff members behaviour and disappointed as i shop at boots every week.

   A huge shout out to the 3 ladies at Boots Heathrow, Terminal5 who helped me get emergency prescription for my son as we forgot his inhalers whilst leaving for the airport. Thank you very much for your kind support.

   Excellent service, we landed in Heathrow and 19 month old son had developed an ear infection. Saw a friendly, helpful, interested pharmacist who prescribed antibiotics and had great customer service.

   Excellent service. The pharmacist was really kind, knowledgable and helpful with an emergency prescription when my partner left her prescriptions at home by accident before heading to the airport. The Boots pharmacy service is so useful, great to know it exists. In the departures hall upstairs BEFORE you enter security near the left hand side.
