   I feel quite shocked to see some negetive reviews so wanted to leave a honest review from my point of view. I have been coming to the pharmacy for several years now to pick up my medication and everyone working here is lovely. They greet you with a smile and always help with all queries. It’s not a big pharmacy so there isn’t a huge number of staff and I feel I have met mostly everyone that works there and I can honestly say I have never experienced any negetive attitude for anyone. Keep up the great work.

   I rang the pharmacy today with regards to my prescription, spoke to a lovely lady called Fatima she was very polite and professional and informed me that the pharmacist would give me a call back. Was very pleased that I didn’t have to wait too long as within 10 minutes a lovely well mannered pharmacist returned my call and was able to give me really good advice. I would 100% use this pharmacy again.

   I am working as well in costumer service department .All I want to say the staff of this pharmacy is the best 5 star from my side for the customer service and treatment of their clients , friendly and professional the same time! People who are blaming they don't know that the customer service is not an easy job ,you have 100*** on a daily basis and trying all your best to satisfy everyone .For those people who are blaming ,please approach to the staff with the right question and do not come from home frustrated and make someone's day awful.Right question ,right answer

   Nice quiet little establishment. Super helpful pharmacist and curtious staff... Never gave to wait long to be served, they offer a delivery service too if you can't go in to pick up your medication (ask or call for details) it's my preferred chemist, so my prescription goes to them anyways. If you need to call for advice (and don't fancy the wait for NHS direct advisors) I'd give it a try. The advice is practical, informed and professional.. Well what's not to like huh?
