   This has been my local chemist for 19 years, for the past two years whenever I call to put in a repeat prescription (2 days to wait for) I call two days later to confirm that they have my prescription and they never! do, one time the manager (the guy with the glasses) tried to blame me for it not being there? as if I do not call to put in the prescription?? I'm diabetic?! Why would I lie? when I go to the chemist I show my phone calls made to the chemist to prove that they are the ones who are unprofessional, there are 4 women who work there and none of them seem to be able to put through a prescription? (It's your main job description)??!! Anyway really unprofessional and really frustrating as this is my health.

   I've known this pharmacy/pharmacist for over 24 years. He's looked after us 100%. Very professional and very welcoming. Always greets us with a smile . His staff are all lovely . Kaush is very thorough in what he does. Always double checks doses and makes sure we are 100% comfortable with the medication before we leave. He always delivers the personal touch. The chemist is clean, fresh and always well stocked. I wouldn't go to any other local pharmacy! Recommend Medico all the way!

   I refer to the recent review left by a customer who recently visited Medico pharmacy. The pharmacist asked me if I recalled the event/incident that happened a few Saturdays ago as I was collecting my prescription on that day. This is my recollection of my visit and my understanding of conversation between the customer and pharmacist. I find the review inaccurate, misleading and not a true reflection of the events/conversation during the visit. The pharmacist has always been efficient and very helpful and always goes above and beyond to help.I don’t think in my opinion the pharmacist was insensitive or sarcastic to his customer or the circumstances.    Today, I went to Medico pharmacy to collect some medication for my daughter. However, I found the owner of Medico Pharmacy to be very rude, insensitive and sarcastic towards me about the medicine I collected. He remarked “Make sure your daughter doesn’t eat it all in one go”. I find this extremely insensitive due to the fact that people suffering from mental health issues sometimes commit suicide from purposefully overdosing and I’m not sure what the owner was trying to imply here. My family and I have online prescriptions and have chosen Medico Pharmacy as a pick-up location. We have been visiting for 5+ years and I think it’s now time to inform my doctor to change my pharmacy pick-up location. I will advise all my family and friends to not visit this place any longer.

   Have been using this pharmacy for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful, Shaka the pharmacist is always friendly and willing to help and offer helpful suggestions and takes an active interest in his clients health and gives a very personal touch which is a rare thing these days. My thanks to all the staff at this pharmacy for all the help and advice over the years.
