   Lovely pharmacy! The pharmacist was very kind and helpful when discussing my medications. The girls behind the counter were very helpful and knowledgable with recommending what to buy. Definately worth a visit if you cant get in at the GP.

   Most of the staff at this pharmacy are young, friendly, and always punctual. They’ve consistently provided great service. However, there is one older woman (with messy blonde hair) who has been repeatedly rude and unprofessional. This hasn’t just happened once — it’s been several times now. She often shows up late and behaves in a disrespectful, almost discriminatory way. It’s really disappointing, especially considering how good the rest of the team is.

   I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacist on duty during my recent visit. They were unprofessional, dismissive of my questions, and offered little to no guidance on the medication I was prescribed. As a patient, I expect clear communication and at least a basic level of courtesy — unfortunately, neither was provided. I left feeling confused and frustrated. Pharmacists play a critical role in healthcare, and this kind of inattentiveness is unacceptable. I hope this issue is addressed to improve service for future customers.

   I was very disappointed to discover that if we have my elderly mothers multiple medications put in blister packs for safety and ease of use, there would be a charge for monthly collections. But, if we collect weekly, there would be no charge. I can't comprehend any reason for doing this. Sadly, we shall go elsewhere for this essential service.

   Amazing service, especially for such a busy pharmacy. The Pharmacist on Saturday, Saira, was very professional and helpful, even though the pharmacy was very busy. She dealt with my concerns in a polite and professional manner. Ignore the reviews by impatient and impolite people. It's easy to bring down nhs staff who work extremely hard and get paid very little.

   Ridiculously slow service, was told by the bloke at the counter that he is waiting for the lady to put the tablets in a bag... he stood there looking at them waiting for someone else to put them in a bag. Took so long I had to leave to catch a train, I thought leaving 20 minutes to pick up some tablets would of been plenty. Evidently not. The way that pharmacy works needs some serious re-evaluation.

   Excellent responsive staff who go the extra mile. Went in with my 18 month old child unable to get an appointment. They helped me get an emergency appointment, waited so I could pick up the prescription and we extremely accommodating and with a smile the whole time. Great village chemist
