   I rang up early in the morning regarding a concern I had with my ear, the professional on the phone gave very detailed advice and told me I could come in to speak face to face & get my ear checked. Upon arrival I was served by the Pharmacist Faiz who was extremely professional and explained very clearly the solution to my earache. Even after asking so many questions he was calm, kind and patient with me. I felt so much relief after the consultation with him. A big thank you to Faiz & Shah Pharmacy.

   I have a 2 monthly repeat prescription set up at this pharmacy. They always have something outstanding and missing on my prescription, apparently due to supply issues. I called them last week to tell them that on one of my medications I had only received 1 months supply and not 2! They tried convincing me that I must have lost 1 box of medication from the closed stapled bag that they’d given me ( I hadn’t checked at the shop as I trusted them). I argued the point that I had been shortchanged on the medication and the woman on the phone said she’d look at the cctv camera and call me back! In the meantime I requested a replacement from the doctor for the medication that I hadn’t received from Shahs chemist. This morning I went to collect the replacement, I was explaining to the Chinese/Asian looking lady that I hadn’t received the complete original order and that I had made a call and was still waiting for a response for over a week. ALL 4 of the women working there blanked me completely!! I asked if anyone was going to have the courtesy and dignify me with a response! They all looked at me as if I were mad! Needless to say I’ve changed pharmacy, I don’t know why they are so rude and incompetent here. Go elsewhere where they might appreciate your custom.

   Rude and ill mannered people working here. They threatened a 75 year old, when all they were asking was the reason for the delay in dispatching the medicine. They were all shouting and being extremely rude to a 75 year old. In the beginning they are nice to you, once you are a customer for sometime, they dotn care at all. I will never visit them again and will not recommend to anyone. Shameful and poor experience.

   2nd visit to this Pharmacy and what a pleasant experience! They were very busy today (Covid/ Flu and polio vaccinations being given) but the staff were so friendly, kind and patient with everyone. It makes such a difference. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who lives in the area and wants a first class service! Thank you to all the hard working staff.

   Shah Pharmacy has been my dispensing pharmacy for over 3 decades. They have always been friendly, helpful and given a very professional service Yesterday I went for a walk in covid booster jab and as usual I was handed over to a very professional and charming clinician called Shamila. I have a needle phobia and she assured me that she always administer the vaccine painlessly. True to her word, she did the vaccination and I hardly felt it. Thanks Shamila and all the best in your medical career.
