yeah, it's more expensive than the stores outside the airport but at least they don't take the p155 quite to the same degree as WHSmith do in their airport stores. A bottle of diet coke in this boots will cost you £2.50 Vs £4.99 at WHSmith. the store has most of what you might need and food wise they have meal deals available too.

Very disappointed by the customer service received by the manager at terminal 4 We purchased some sandwiches and as leaving the shop we realised there was an ingredient in the sandwich we could not eat - the manager would not even let us swap our sandwich for something we could eat resulting in us having to throw the food away - sad and unnecessary wastage of food.

Many products were sold out and a lot of testers empty. I bought a thing and when I came home I noticed it already had been used. Staff approches is not in a really nice way, however prices are good and the store is quite big.

Iām a frequent visitor to the UK and to boots both in UK and in UAE. I just had the worst customer service at Boots Pharmacy in Terminal 4 on Saturday 1 June at 20:15. There were two ladies at the counter.. they both completely avoided eye contact and although there is a rush one continued to eat her sandwich and put her drink on the counter in front of customers. I actually needed a certain pain relief balm and they ignored my question. Last time Iām going to this branch!

A pharmacy that provides medicines, and some need a doctor's prescription before dispensing them

Whatever people think about Boots, the fact is it's a great spot to grab your last minute medicine that you may have forgotten to get in advance. For people travelling into Africa that may have forgotten their anti-malaria tablets, you can get an over the counter version called Malloff which does the job and also doesn't require you to take pills for too long after you return. Better than Doxycycline or Mefloquin It's nice because this doesn't require a prescription and boots usually have it readily and supply.
