   Each time I’ve popped into this pharmacy, I’ve been met with friendly and kind staff. On the most recent occasion, my family and I popped in after my elderly mother had fallen over on the pavement and hurt her nose. The pharmacist sat my mother down and really kindly tended to her nose to stop the bleeding. We were all so grateful for his kind and caring manner towards my mother! Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! Thank you! 10 out of 10!

   Truly outstanding service 5*. Independent that goes the extra mile in everything including hard to locate prescription products. They even delivered a large heavy order to me, really unbelievable vs off handing large chemist with zero customer service in town. Miracle I’m so pleased I tried.

   I find Sunset Pharmacy to be one of the best around. Really quick and easy to order a repeat prescription over the phone. Also, during a time of medication changing on a weekly basis, they were very accommodating and professional. Great service.

   I have their service that requests them to sort out my monthly medication requests and delivery due to my disabilities, and in the past year I've gone through every month with at least one of my medications running out for up to 9 days. My support worker and I have contacted them every single month to ask them for it to not be late and it's still always late and I'm left without. This time, all of my medication has run out at the same time so I have NO medication to last me through the weekend, and possibly next week. As mentioned multiple people assisting me have rung up and say have promised it will be sorted and they would "start doing it three days earlier", which they havent been able to stick to for more than a month. This is going to cause both my mental and physical illnesses harm yet again.
