I am a first time visitor to this pharmacy. I was asked to go and pick up my prescription and told it would be ready when I arrive. I waited a minute or so to be served and I was asked to come back after 17.30 (it was around 4pm at that time). The young lady serving me told me to keep an eye out for a text message, as it may be ready sooner. I agreed and left the shop. I was walking home and after around 4 or 5 minutes I received a text to say my prescription was ready to be collected. I walked back to the pharmacy and spoke to a young man who gave me my prescription within a couple of minutes. It was obviously a little frustrating to have been told to come back later, only for the prescription to be ready after 5 mins. But both times I was served within a couple of minutes. So a bit of a mixed review. I will see how things go on future visits and update my review accordingly. UPDATE Just a quick update to add that the Pharmacy is closed between 1300 & 1400. So don't try to pick up your prescription between these times. Maybe they should think about adding this to the text that they send when notifying your prescription is ready for collection.

Staff is good and polite. Went for the flu jab and it was administered perfectly with empathetic explanations.

Absolutely ridiculous and poor service. Two indian girls in there who dont speak and just make contact through their eyes. They tell you your prescription will be ready in 10 minutes. Im still standing there 25 minutes later and they behave like they are extremely busy. When you let them know how long you been waiting. They give you attitude and rude service in return. Many times they never find my prescription and this pharmacy always has huge ques. Remember they always have break between 1-2pm which is so annoying. I moved to Pyrimid pharmacy across the road. Their service is 10/10. Boots im appalled. I give you 1/10. Especially for your staff in the pharmacy.

I took in a private prescription and was asked do you want tablets or liquid? Whatever you require must be on your prescription. Go back to the foctor and get him to issue a new one. Wlak accross to another pharmacy issued tablets no problem. 2nd visit not available, again went accross the road and ordered no problem. No care, no help and left feeling like a total inconveniance.

Very poor service ordered pain medication with the doctor on Monday finally got a text on Thursday afternoon to tell me that my prescription has arrived to them. Find out that I arrive at 1:30 and be told that the pharmacy is shut from one till two due to work commitments won’t be able to pick this up till Friday !!

Terrible service. Got an alert to say my prescription was in on Thurs. and arrived to collect at 5:35 on Sat. The girl servicing me had a very bad attitude from the get-go. She actually asked me what I what meds I was picking up - which was none of her business but after the second time I ended up telling her. Then she said she couldn’t find it and told me to come back tomorrow because she was closing in 5 minutes - even though it was 5:45, and they close at 6. She then said it must be misplaced and told me there was nothing she could do and Refused to look any further for it. I told her I needed my prescription and asked for a pharmacist to fill me another prescription. Again she said no and to come back. Meanwhile another woman who had her coat on (I think an actual pharmacist) came to help and looked in one other drawer and found my prescription right away. The girl then became even more rude and wasn’t apologetic at all. Unfortunately really bad attitude and service. I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy.

Absolutely awful! Said my childs prescription wasn't there and had been dispensed somewhere else just because staff are either too stupid or lazy to look at the second item on the list (yes people can have more then one prescription especially when they are sick!). After a second visit collected the medication to find it wasn't made up correctly and had leaked or spilt all over the box and bottle! Thanks wasted medication (approx £110 a bottle) and a sticky mess! Store manager is unhelpful and argumentative! Only saving grace for this Boots is one make employee. He's well in his 30's I would say and will spoken. He's very friendly and helpful. Would be a better store manager.!

Once inside Boots Church Road Ashford, I was immediately berated for not having mystic powers and knowing which way the queue to the window for pharmacy collections, even though there is no signage, on reaching the window and explaining to the person serving I was collecting the prescription for someone else, and they had called the day before and was informed that it was ready for collection, I collected the prescription and on delivering them their medicines we found out that only half the items were in there, truly shocking experience and unfit for purpose, if you ask me.
