    I was looking at the text message that was sent to me by NHS doctors for my prescription and two customers were in front of me when a Chinese looking staff shouted at me and made face. Better customer service should be dealt with thus behaviour. Not all the staff is rude just this lady is. While talking nicely to white people. The rest of the staff is good only one exemption.

    Dreadful with no clear organisation. Rude customers ignoring the LONG queues pushing in and being served despite staff seeing those waiting patiently. The one or two helpful staff overshadowed by mismanagement. Overhaul needed with clear signed re: queuing and a better customer service attitude.

    Worst pharmacy ever, make you wait forever, no matter if the que is long or not at all. Stuff are rude and dismissive... I would also give 0 stars if I could.

    Unfortunately the staff at Tesco pharmacy today are useless and have no respect for customers. Waiting for prescriptions for a month and still don’t have it blaming their suppliers. Always this store has issue. Need to shut down pharmacy and retrain their staff how to speak to customers and don’t give advice if not had training in of being pharmacist. It’s not illegal they could make someone very ill or even worse.

    Very rude staff.who have no idea what they are doing. Just standing around the corner and doing nothing while ppl wait in the queue.. wrong medication given and when they were told they didn't even care just made u wait longer. I would give 0 stars if I could

    I am discusted and offended by the behaviour of the pharmacist. They favour certain types of customers. Sometimes serve sometimes not. They are extremely rude and offensive

    Unhelpful staff rude and in no rush to help customers...had my prescription for 2 days and still was not ready changing chemist as of tomorrow...2 people in front of me had same rudeness from staff

    Service at the counter is usually quite fast with helpful staff. However, service on the phone could not be worse. They do not answer the phone and I have tried about 7 times this morning to get through to find out about my medication, the prescription for which was sent down to them from the surgery on the 27th March. Perhaps they should remove their phone number. Today 1st April, I went to collect medication at 7.20 pm following receipt of a text that my medication was ready. The website indicated that the Pharmacy was open from 8 am to 8 pm. Sadly, this was not the case as the Pharmacy was closed. Now I have to pay another visit owing to the inefficiency of Tesco.
