   Has to be the worst Boots I’ve been to. As others have pointed out, one of my pet hates with this place is that while it is one of the smallest Boots Pharmacies I’ve seen, it’s one of the busiest. However, despite this, staff still insist on faffing around at the back processing goodness knows what, while customers queue forever waiting to be served at the till and being ignored! On top of this they ‘close for lunch!!!’. This is a BUSY pharmacy within the M25 and they close for lunch!!! It’s unacceptable and something I’ve raised with Boots head office.

   I don’t have much more to say than has already been said: Open / Close when it suits them; It takes over a week for my repeat prescription to be ready and I usually have to chase it up at that point as running out (GP can’t / won’t issue earlier); They rarely have all medications; They don’t tell you that they don’t have your meds until you chase giving you no time to go elsewhere. This place is a disgrace and a very poor representation of Boots. I have just moved to the pharmacy to the Stanwell Tesco (Ashford Hospital) as my preferred pharmacy for repeats.

   Staff are rude and give minimal help. But that’s not even the most frustrating part for me. What irritates me is that they open and shut when they feel like, not based on time advertised online and on the window. They don’t even message and let you know when a prescription is ready like other pharmacies. Very sad for a local pharmacy, but honestly I’d rather drive to another pharmacy than use them

   I have had to use this pharmacist three times in the last month. Extremely slow staff, who when they can be bothered to acknowledge or serve act as though they are doing you a favour. Two different female members of staff tried to get me to mix the medicine myself, when it clearly instructs the pharmacist to do so. On my last visit on Tuesday afternoon, the lady actually looked at me with disgust just for asking for my prescription. The staff are obviously not happy in this branch.

   Shocking service, 3 people behind the counter, you can be the only one in there and it still takes 10-15 mins before they ask " can I help you". Waiting for a prescription is just as bad, even though they have text you to say its ready. Takes them ages to find it.

   Extremely slow. The doctor sent my prescription in the morning, I went there late afternoon for collection, so after 30 mins she said we need to order it, and available after 24 hrs. What a waste of my time

   First experience here was that 1 of the pharmacist was rude and could barely be bothered to look up from the back, the young lady on the till was lovely though and seemed somewhat embarrassed of her colleagues attitude. From reading previous comments I would guess customer service skills are not a job requirement. Also did not see it written anywhere that the place is closed everyday between 1 and 2 for lunch, so a 20 min walk today for nothing.
