First and last time I use this pharmacy they kept me waiting for my flu jab whilst they conducted their inappropriate conversation at volumn for the whole pharmacy to hear. Very unprofessional.

Closed on a Saturday. My GP prescribed one off meds for infection and pain late on a Friday. I assumed, like most pharmacies Westlake would be open Saturday at normal hours but no. Left in pain without any meds.

Very disappointed with the service. Received a text on Friday to say my prescription needed to be collected within 2 days but as I was away for the weekend tried to phone to explain I would collect on Monday. I tried all Saturday morning and there was no reply. This morning I went into the chemist to explain why I hadn’t collected my prescription on time and was told no one answers the phone on a Saturday morning and you cannot text them either. Why not put this information on their website? Really surprised by the attitude of the member of staff who I spoke to. I have always found everyone polite and helpful in the past.
