No longer useful. Seems you can't go and pick a prescription up anymore you have to wait for them to tell you it is ready. Spoke to my doctors this morning, they sent a prescription straight to Tesco. Popped in at lunch time and was told that they have it and I will get a text at some point this afternoon to say it is ready. That isn't how chemists work. I have now changed my chemist on the NHS app. Well done Tesco, great service.

Great understanding of my health issue, & the medication suggested has begun to remedy the condition.

I donβt recognise the one star reviews and comments regarding the Tescoβs Brooklands Pharmacy! The area has been really poorly served by other local pharmacies for many years yet Iβve never experienced any issues nor poor service in Tescoβs and it is my go-to for medicines and prescriptions.

Called for 19 minutes they never answer the phone so now my partner has to travel there to see if they have my medication which they barely have in on the right times

Horrific incompetent and rude service. Five 1 βοΈ reviews from five reviews. That should be enough to close the place. You only need to read on if you are a change-maker for this kindergarten kiosk. Clearly the staff don't want to work. It is also clear that Tesco has zero interest (like the zero number of stars I want to post) in managing this car wreck of a so called pharmacy. I placed a prescription on a Wednesday. I was promised a phone call after the deliveries by midday on Thursday. No phone call. I went to the store. I asked for my prescription. After a looooong time of fiddling in the store cupboard I was offered the gastro-resistant capsules, as I was when I initially dropped off the prescription the evening before. I asked why they felt compelled to offer one drug without the problematic stomach lining affecting drug. Answer? "it's in stock". I pointed out that this would break the prescription, making it appear that they had completed the order without providing both drugs. I was told that they would have the drugs later on Thursday and would phone through to confirm. No mention of the texting service that was displayed. No phone call. I phoned at 21H30 Thursday evening. The locum pharmacist couldn't find my prescription nor the one drug they did have earlier. It seems losing drugs is acceptable if you are a 'locum'. I explained that having been in pain for 24 hours more than necessary now would like to go elsewhere. This was clearly agreed with the 'locum'. On the Friday morning I went elsewhere to be told that the prescription was still "on hold" at Tesco's and would need to be released by them before anywhere else could help me or my pain. If you have read this far and know any change-makers associated with this carnage please outline the measures that will be put in place to address the facade that is this "pharmacy" P.S. Drive to Sainsbury's in nearby Cobham for a chalk and cheese infinitely improved pharmacy experience.
