Absolutely useless, rude staff. I waited 20 minutes whilst they attempted to look for my order (it took three of them to even search for my order on the computer). They then proceeded to say that it wasn’t there even though I have confirmation it has been delivered. I told them I had previous orders with them and one of the staff told me that it wasn’t true, inferring I was lying, because she couldn’t find my details. I walked away without my prescription having been charged for it! So rude and incompetent, do not go here!!!

Went to collect a Boots order and told it was not there. No effort made by staff to enquire where the order was or when it may be delivered. Tried ringing several times the following day. Nobody answered. Appreciate they could be busy but no answer phone so they could call back?

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Lock the doors 10 minutes early when 1 person inside. Or close up randomly for the day, without even managing to display a clear sign. No point calling to confirm they are actually open as they never answer the phone. Staff are lazy and just stare at you rather than ask can i help. Only once there was someone useful and it was a locum. I only go here out of desperation/urgency or when my surgery mess up and deliver my prescription here....useless maderia medical and useless pharmacy. Their erratic and lazy opening times do not work for those who have jobs. Most local pharmacies i have been to open early and/or close late and dont close at peak lunch time so they can accommodate the many working people. Awful pharmacy.

We all understand the pressure pharmacy staff are under but repeat prescriptions fall off the radar for no apparent reason. The serving staff look as miserable as sin, almost robotic in their approach to customer service. The phone is never answered and supplies of medications for prescriptions are erratic regardless of how urgent the GP has stated. Never a pleasure to visit this branch.

If a decent pharmacy opened in Byfleet this place would shut within the same month, the only reason this place remains open is due to lack of any alternative in Byfleet. Staff are often rude, long unnecessary waits, you’re lucky of you get out of here in less than 15 minutes even for prescriptions sent directly from GP to pharmacy. I’m fascinated to know what happens behind the scenes that means fetching a single item off a shelf and putting it in a bag takes this long. If you’d just arrived from another planet you’d be forgiven for they actually make the medicine behind the counter as it certainly takes long enough! Opening times are not consistent. Often found closed when it’s due to be open. You could always call in advance if they ever bothered to open the phone. If there was another pharmacy nearby I’d go elsewhere in a heartbeat

Easily the worst Pharmacy i have ever had the misfortune of having near me, they do not deserve 1 star, as a disabled person with very limited movement i thought it was a blessing seeing a boots around the corner to me when i moved into my converted home, and then i experienced the Byfleet Boots staff, if these ladies worked any slower they would be turning back time, incredible! As a disabled person i need to contact them via phone to confirm urgent meds have arrived, in the last 7 months after thousands of logged call attempts and not 1 call answered i had to give up, and i now have to travel over a mile to get my monthly meds. They NEVER answer the phone, it just rings and rings, i even tested it, i went into the shop myself, and called them, i can see where the phone is through the gap, they just ignore it, it also takes 30 minutes to get a prescription when you are the only person in the store, where i had to wait in pain for 30 minutes because they will not answer the phone even when empty, they are embarrassingly bad. This is easily the worst staffed pharmacy i have experienced in my life, gormless staff that just look at you.

Honestly this is the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with. They never pick the telephone at all!!!! You cannot find out the status of your medication, delivery etc You have to visit the pharmacy in person for anything and when you get there something seems to always go wrong with the medication Absolutely DREADFUL I mean why do you list you telephone number if you won’t pick phone calls ????

This pharmacy has gone way downhill. Every prescription I try to collect goes wrong one way or another. The latest episode goes like this - On Monday 19th Sept. I was told 'not in stock, come back tomorrow'. On Tuesday same story. On Wednesday I've been told 'it will be in stock some time in October'. It is hopeless and this was the last straw in a long list of failures. I went to Cohen's in West Byfleet and got my prescription, I've changed to them now for my repeats. Pity because Boots is conveniently positioned but I can't put up with any more of their poor service.

Absolutely dreadful. I don't know what's happened to our once decent pharmacy, staff are often rude or too busy chatting out the back to serve customers waiting in the shop. It takes over a week most of the time to process an electronic prescription direct from GPs, often don't text to say prescriptions are ready, or you receive texts when they've already closed, to say prescriptions are ready to collect, but due to apparent pharmacist shortages, they don't even bother to open the shop at all! Meanwhile, we still can't collect our prescriptions that are becoming urgent medications!
