Called in to pick up prescription and ended up getting my flu jab whilst I was there, all very quick and painless. The negative is the price £30, most other places are £20 and under so be aware you can get it cheaper
Always so busy. Have never been here without having to wait. Couple of chairs for people waiting for prescriptions. Some staff friendlier than others, one particular lady doesn't communicate much & has left me waiting on a number of occasions where I have to ask if my prescription is there or ready! Would not purchase anything other than prescribed medication as its too expensive. Has a consultation room for patients. Situated in a row of shops at Pooley Green, parking is avaliable but always busy and therefore often no spaces (although there is a small chargable car park across the road) Store is always clean & tidy but inconveniently does shut for lunch. Convenient for me so do use regularly & will continue to
Disgusting customer service the rudest, most unhelpful pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I went in to collect my pill on the last possible day, during my lunch break, and these people were absolutely useless and shockingly rude. No sign on the door to say they were closed for lunch, the doors were wide open, yet they refused to help because they were “on lunch” from 12–1. I showed up at 1pm, and they still turned me away. Total joke. Instead of doing their job, they started blaming me for “leaving it last minute” as if they know anything about my situation. Then they had the audacity to turn the lights off while I was still standing inside the building. It was passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and completely out of order. They clearly don’t care at all about people’s health, even when it’s time-sensitive. No empathy, no help, just attitude. If someone was having a medical emergency, I honestly believe they’d still turn their back. They don’t give a single damn. The staff were patronising, cold, and absolutely unfit to work in any kind of healthcare role. I left fuming, and honestly, still am. If you value being treated like a human being, stay far away from this pharmacy
Please change opening hours to show closed on bank holidays and not reduced hours. Seeing that I called for advice and chose the 'speak to pharmacist' option. There was no message to say the pharmacy was closed and I waited 25 minutes thinking you were busy. I drove round to see the pharmacy closed. As some are open bank holidays, I was lead to believe you were by the web info and also your call system letting me sit and wait to talk to someone who wasn't in.
I have been using this pharmacy for a number years, and every time I come in, the staff are all very welcoming. Due to my illnesses I have found their concern and helpfulness very comforting. At times it can be extremely busy, but they do try their best to get prescriptions done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Brilliant pharmacy!
The pharmacist was rude and kept me waiting for nearly 15 minutes and I had to sit and wait on the floor for him to come. He smirked at me and laughed at me as I tried to advocate for myself and my wellbeing. He was incredibly patronising and kept asking me to speak up when my voice is terribly hoarse and my throat was closing up.

I have only received polite and professional service at Jay's Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff were helpful and reassuring as a recent issue was dealt with. Long may I continue to be a happy customer!
Long waiting time to be served. When finally served, the prescription that I had come to collect, and even phoned up to check it was available was now not there. Only four tablets out of the sixty required were in stock. Why couldn't they have told me that over the phone? Was told to return tomorrow to collect the complete prescription. This is such a nuisance as there is never a parking space. As a blue badge holder the disabled parking bay is never available.
Avoid!! Awful chemist and rude staff More than once administering wrong dose medication and when question it staff become rude and defensive Worst chemist in area
