   I went to the lloyds pharmacy in Sainsbury’s Cobham, which I wish I never as the lady pharmacist there was not helpfull at all. She actually refused to serve me even tho I was in considerable discomfort due to staffing shortages, even tho she was behind the counter and the medicine I needed was right in front of her. She's in a caring profession, which she has none and she should definitely think of being in a different industry that more suits her personality and helpfulness.

   Needed to pick up a prescription after seeing out of hours doctor and selected this branch to receive prescription as they are located in a Sainsbury’s and are specifically open out of hours until 11pm. Arrived at 9pm to pick up my prescription only to be told by Sainsbury’s staff that Lloyds staff hadn’t been seen since 5pm without leaving any message! Sign on the pharmacy desk confirmed they are supposed to be open until 11pm. Unbelievable!!!

   For the sake of customer respect please change the timings on google, your website and NHS website. I saw on NHS website that the pharmacy is open till 11 pm and sent my prescription here only to realise after reaching the pharmacy that timings have changed but no one had the decency to update the timings.

   Absolutely dreadful. Avoid at all costs. I work in the healthcare industry and, in my opinion, LloydsPharmacy's pharmacists are totally incompetent. In addition, their customer is truly dreadful. This morning their 'customer service' phone number could not take incoming calls, presumably because there are so many people complaining. I would recommend using literally any other pharmacy.

   Utterly unprofessional! My mother waited three days for her medication, called on the second day after being told they will call back but nothing, until she decided to go in today to find out what’s going on and in the meantime they stated they hadn’t known of it And they didn’t have the prescription but after a thorough search they had found it. Once again completely useless staff members.
