    Awful service. We sent my mums prescription order a month ago twice however got no response. Her health is critical and so when we called the GP, they told us that they’ve already sent the order to the pharmacy although we got no messages to pick it up. This has already happened many times and this is the fifth. This morning we called them about 9 times and received no responses. This is absolutely unacceptable and they should take this into consideration please be careful next time around .

    I've been a customer at this pharmacy for many years now and the service has always been bad but recently it has become just appalling. When the staff aren't ignoring you they are very rude and impatient. I have had to collect several prescription medications over the last few weeks and the wait is ridiculous, every time I'm told they don't have stock and have to order from the warehouse which can take up to 3 days. My sons eczema cream took nearly 2 weeks! Last time I was there I challenged this and and amazingly they had my medicines ready for me 5 minutes later so that proves that they are lying and just aren't able to cope with demand or are just incompetent. My next nearest pharmacy is an inconvenient long walk away but I will be moving there. Just the thought of going through the doors of this pharmacy causes anxiety and blood pressure to rise!

    Genuinely. Cannot thank this branch enough. 13/1/23 the store Manager went above and beyond to assist my family with an external query, that frankly, she did not need to do. We were touched and supremely delighted. We should all try and be kind to busy pharmacies. They perform a valuable service in our community. Thank you Boots.

    I have used this pharmacy for over a year now to collect my diabetic medication. I will not recommend them to anyone, as I am constantly having to return to collect medication as they have not prepared it, even though I make sure there are 3-4 working days between ordering and collecting. This week I have been 4 times to collect my medication, today being the last as they were not even open, with a note on the door saying they will be opening late, not even with a time to say when. The service is shocking, obviously too many patients registered there for them to handle, needs more regulation especially when people are going without their medication for periods of time.

    They have nothing in stock, not even dressings. Sometimes I wonder how the pharmacy is still running without anything in stock....

    I wasn't happy about service of some staff in the pharmacy! It was my first experience with doctors prescription that was been repeated. As I've never dial with "repeat prescription" procedures, I came wrong to the pharmacy to collect my medicines, thinking they provide this "repeat order" directly and not that I have to go to surgery by myself. The staff could not talk with patience, showing their annoying and looked on me in a not appropriate way! I understand that they worked every day with prescriptions for years, but they don't even think that some people have this experience for first time in their life and everything is new and confusing and that they should be professional or less A Human! So I am wonder how they work with people who suffer from dementia or learning disabilities, if they could not be calm enough with a person in huge pain?! And I know what is it, to work with such people, as I am doing this for 5 years! Thanks, that in the end they explained my issue, but the fact that they was all laughing after I turned to the way out from pharmacy, it was shown once again about their level of profesionalism and humanity!
