   Wish to give them less than 0 star, the indian staff is extremely rude, arrogant, no manners nor knowledge at all. Please change the staff. I had 2 vouchers for Emma s diary and all of them were watching me like i was a serial killer, even the system allowed them to give me the packs, they were keep looking at each others and finding reasons not to give me, although is free. Disgusting. pls avoid ir

   This is my local Boots, and I’ve never been so disappointed. The waiting time for a prescription is extremely long. It’s so bad, and the staff are extremely rude.

   not sure of her name but a dark skin lady was exceptionally rude and when I was asking her basic questions like do you guys have calpol? She replied “go and check you have legs” as I left she I said thank you she shouted next evil world evil people

   I don’t want to give 1 star as well because I rate it zero due to one staff of pharmacy which is a black girl with the curly hairs ..She is very rude with customers and with the kids as well ..she treated my kids very rudely and badly … I request to the boots manager please give some good manners to this black girl…We can’t bear this behaviour next time ..I will upload her photo in photos as well …I clicked her picture not properly but with the hairs you know the girl who she is …

   I switched to Bear Road Boots Pharmacy from Boots on Market Parade as their service was awful and I am so glad I did. I was greeted by the Pharmacist and he was very polite. He knew it was my first time there so he offered to take my number down for the texting service. Later that day I had recieved a text confirming I had been registered. The overall experience was very good and such a difference that I felt they cared about me as a patient and left happy so I thank you.

   Extremely impolite and rude staff. Today visited the pharmacy to collect my prescription. Inadvertently, approached the counter. A member of the staff dressed in a black shirt appeared and very aggressively directed me backwards through rude hand gestures. I followed his directions and did not utter a single word and left the pharmacy. This is not the first time that the staff displayed such rude behaviour. Reading similar comments below suggest that they are totally unprofessional and disgraceful. NHS is requested to look into this complaint and take stern action against the management so that patients are not disrespected.
