   Rang up pharmacy today asking if my prescription was ready as doctor sent it directly 48 Hours ago. Was rudely told that it takes 48 hours to get sent to them then it’s another 48 hours for them to prepare it?? Then she barked that a text would be sent to me later today and guess what ? No text - now they are shut the whole weekend. Rude shocking customer service !!! I would have given them zero stars if I could.

   I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at Chobham Pharmacy. I had an emergency and turned up without realising the shop had actually closed about four hours earlier – yet they still let me in without hesitation. They were so kind, polite, and incredibly accommodating. Despite being well past closing time, they treated me with such care and professionalism, making sure I had everything I needed. It honestly meant the world to me in that moment. This level of compassion and dedication is rare, and I’m beyond grateful. Thank you so much – I won’t forget your kindness! Highly, highly recommend.

   Great, reliable local pharmacy! I am always able to get my prescription for my chronic illness without any issues at all. I also used the pharmacy for a chickenpox vaccine for my daughter. It was done so well, she didn’t even cry! Highly recommend

   This is my local pharmacy and I’m so grateful for their excellent service and help, as I know how much pharmacies are struggling at the moment to deal with supply issues, staffing and demand. The head pharmacist, I think her name is Navneet, is truly a blessing -she is incredibly efficient, compassionate, and remembers the names of her regular customers, which makes such a difference as accessing NHS services can be such a daunting and confusing process. I’m happy to have this pharmacy as my local, and it makes a big difference to my life to see friendly faces when I pick up prescriptions. They all deserve a raise!

   Huge thank you't to the lovely team at Cobham Pharmacy for being so helpful, and friendly and always remembering me and my orders (though, I would never expect them to!) and for going that little bit further to help in any way they can in situations such as a prescription not arriving in on time. I am a regular customer so that personal touch and friendly service is always appreciated and it really goes a long way!
