   When we moved to Old Windsor in 2021, I was happily surprised by the quality of service and friendliness found at the pharmacy. Fast forward 4 years, it's a game of two halves. When the usual team is working, all is fine, on other days it's utter chaos. Over the last few months I've had my daughter turned away without my medication, and told by the pharmacist that it had already been picked up when it hadn't. I went for two days without medication until I could go there myself after the weekend and someone finding the bag in 3 minutes. I complained at the time and was told that the team that was there when my daughter came were very "disorganised". Today, the pharmacy was full of people waiting for their prescriptions, the pharmacists were working flat out, no eye contact. Out of the three assistants, two were looking terrified behind the plastic shield, utterly lost, incapable of answering queries or locate items and unable to speak loud enough for anyone to hear them. One of them sold the wrong product to a customer who noticed and had to be refunded. The one assistant who was working flat out, was running like a headless chicken trying to compensate but not very effectively. All the customers were shaking their heads at the mess and lack of professionalism. It was painful to watch.

   Need to learn the art of having a conversation. I went in needing a prescription and it wasn’t there. So went back to the doctors and they said it was an issue on there end. Went in the next day to pick up and was met with such hostility. At the end of the day it’s not the customers fault in terms of the nhs system. I will never be going back.

   Not very helpful saying the store is closed when there’s a few minutes left before 6pm and the web says open until 18:15! Rude unfriendly staff, maybe learn some customer facing skills ?

   The service and information I've received from this pharmacy is second to none, the two ladies gave me detailed advice on the do's and don'ts of the tablets I'd been prescribed. They were very helpful and very efficient, it was nice to actually speak face to face with someone who actually seemed interested in my problem, rather than just a voice on a phone who is going through the motions

   Lovely advice and kindness from the pharmacist I spoke to. Didn’t appreciate being barked at by the other pharmacist behind the screen. We are allowed to ask questions and no not all information is on the websites. Please consider that I was along a question not for special treatment and I was standing in your pharmacy in pain. A little kindness would have been nice and not interrupting your colleague who was just trying to help me.
