   Absolutely amazing service. We were visiting my brother in Woking (we are from Birmingham) when my child developed a painful earache. We first went to the Woking Walk-In Centre but were turned away, which was a horrible experience, especially with a child in pain. We then went to May & Thomson Pharmacy and Sunny was Brilliant, and I cannot praise him enough. They saw my child straight away, were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. The care and reassurance we received made such a difference, and my child was treated with genuine compassion. Thank you so much for your outstanding service — truly brilliant and highly recommended.

   Best pharmacy ever! Love the smell, aesthetics and new range of products. Don’t need go all the way into town anymore because they have all my Cerave and La Roche possay range. I think they may even add Cetaphil too. Whatever they don’t have they order in the next day for me too.

   Very efficient and friendly staff here. We were booked in for Covid boosters and the entire process was quick and professional. Hayley was careful to make sure that our information was correct. Note: It is difficult to park due to building work. But that is temporary. They are due to move to a new location.

   I have lived in West Byfleet 20 yrs and only discovered this Gem today. They answered the phone within 2 rings. 5 other Chemists did not bother answering. My Chemist has not had an item despite me asking several times. When I got to this Chemist, I received a very warm smiley welcome. My item was dispensed very quickly, again with a smile. Their Service is exemplary. I will use in future as my preferred Chemist, even though it is further away.
