   Only pharmacy I’ve ever had a problem with! The number of times I’ve had to go back because they don’t have my prescription in time when I’ve been told they do. They messed up my prescription just before a holiday which was infuriating as I made multiple trips and still nothing. But now, they’re messing up my mother’s prescription. I’ll definitely be changing my local pharmacy.

   I had this pharmacy from the begging and before . Unfortunately with recent experience I had leave they were Rude and not keeping promises informed medicines ready and when I went it wasn’t . One medicine which was ready 2 weeks ago found out not not ready . They were aware that they were full of Lies . Better we leave them alone and we wud ask others not to tolerate this type of falls information .

   It is a really terrible place. They are liars and they don’t care.. I made an appointment for flu vaccination and before going there I called them and asked if they have the vaccination available, and they said “yes come please”. When I went there, first I learned that Vaccination is not free but I have to pay 15 pounds. I agreed to pay, but then they told me that they don’t have the flu vaccination at all, asked me to come in another day.

   Very unhappy with these clowns of pharmacist's. Was told over the phone half of the meds are ready, when I went in only 2 were ready out of 8. There's no communication between the colleagues. One person tells you different, other person tells you something else. Putting shame on the csreer pharmacist that actually do decent work. Edit: in close inspection, they seem to reply to people with 1 reviews rather than those with more. I have to agree with Hadiya Bilal in the comment section about the White Muslim girl with hijab. No manners and so damn unprofessional.

   I would not recommend this pharmacy. I have witnessed unprofessional practises here (boxes of medications emptied all over the floor; missed medications on prescriptions; name calling to customers etc) It may be small and convenient but it is unfriendly and unreliable. Card payment machine was faulty on numerous occasions and they freely recommended customers make cash withdrawal on credit cards - incurring fees and interest charges for the cardholder - in order to bypass having to get the payment facility fixed with any urgency. We only had to use this pharmacy as our GP sent an electronic prescription there by mistake, we will certainly ensure we avoid this pharmacy at all costs in the future.
