   I have been using this pharmacy for the last 30 years (so they know me by name!). Subhash and his team have come to the rescue on many occasions with great advice, chasing up prescriptions and even helping with a nasty cut. All of his staff (special mention to lovely Maria) are knowledgeable, professional and go out of their way to be helpful. Over the years Central Pharmacy has been expanding its services, eg covid vaccinations, holiday vaccinations etc. and they continue to listen to the needs of the local community so they can further expand. I really don't know what we would do without our local pharmacy, who know us as larger chains cannot.

   Absolutely superb service always from Central Pharmacy. Throughout the 16 years I have used this pharmacy Subhash and his team have been 100% professional, efficient, and friendly. Subhash is quietly spoken, charming, and truly a credit to his profession. He has a wealth of knowledge when medicinal or health-related advice is required. Don’t hesitate to ask Subhash to administer your vaccination requirements. He has the gentlest touch. In fact, for me, he is “Simply the Best”.

   I normally use their New Malden branch, but I happened to be in Eshur for something and visited this branch by chance. The service here was just as kind and professional as what I’m used to. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. It was a pleasant surprise to see the same high standard at both locations. Highly recommended!!!

   I should have written this review a long time ago (though issue immediately reported to my doctor’s surgery). Other customers seem to have had a similar experience with this pharmacy’s owner/manager, a small man. Was going overseas for 30 days and needed my repeat prescription. To be extra diligent, I rang them on a Tuesday to see if the doctor’s prescription had arrived (strangely, no), then went into this pharmacy on Wednesday to check again in person and was told that “all drugs would be ready by Friday”. However, this was not the case and I was travelling the next day. Unforgivably, in the pharmacy to collect the drugs, though they assured me that “ALL DRUGS WERE IN THE BAG”, with the bag seeming to be much lighter than usual, I checked its contents while still in the pharmacy - it turned out that they had given me only HALF of the drugs required. Outrageous behaviour for a pharmacy and potentially very dangerous for a patient. It meant that I went overseas without my heart tablets and blood thinner tablets - for 30 days. This incompetence and inaccurate statement theoretically risked my life. I should have immediately reported him to the Pharmaceutical governing body (that I intended to do). Unbelievably, when I said to the owner listening in that various drugs were missing, rather than apologise, in a temper he kicked me out of the pharmacy!! Is he for real?? And, no, I did not swear. I am from a decent, medical family. No professional should act in such a childish and very aggressive manner. From other reviews previously seen, he has seemingly used this tactic with some other customers ie throwing them out of his pharmacy for pointing out important mistakes!! Please stop doing this as it’s unnecessary, unpleasant and the consequences are potentially very dangerous. Above all, be professional. Alternatively, please retire and do not do such an important job as you are a liability and must also have anger management issues.

   The staff at this pharmacy are simply incredible. After being sent away from 3 other pharmacies trying to get help for a relative visiting from abroad they went above and beyond to help fill the script and spoke to us with such respect and care! Really appreciate the help and would recommend them to anyone!

   Central pharmacy is very nice pharmacy where I collect my medication. They do flu vaccine, passport photo , wide range of purfum, skin care and baby products. They have all Hrt products available. This is very clean pharmacy and always find the product I want .

   The staff are really friendly, no issues there. Went to get passport pictures for my baby and they were only able to provide prints rather than the digital version. Unfortunately I can’t use them for the online application so it was a bit of waste of time (and money). They couldn’t email me a digital copy of the photo either as don’t have a way of getting the picture off the camera.
