   Shut down, dont even know why its still advertised. Edit: why would I ring YOUR customer service to tell YOU that YOUR store is derelict? Someone took the time to reply to me, but its still advertised with opening hours. Imagine your nan walking 25 minutes in the middle of winter to get her cough medicine, and she finds this. Thats what you could be doing to people.

   Cancelled my jab 2h before the appointment due to not having a trained pharmacist. Knowing how locum pharmacists work (my friend is one) this is atrocious as they know in the days before who they have booked in. I received a text saying “sorry you can’t make your appointment” which is untruthful- I was 100% available to make it! The assumption that people have infinite time on their hands to fit in appointments around full time jobs and family commitments is appalling.

   This place really has it ups and downs. It used to be long wait to buy anything or staff would just ignore you. Then it became really good, friendly staff no more waiting around. But unfortunately since sainsburys doesn’t do prescriptions they are in the bush again, can’t blame the staff for it. Hopefully it will turn around again because it’s a good sized boots with plenty of stock.

   Awful service. I have had a repeat prescription for over two years and they still don't have it on time! always a story. Such poor, poor service. Often randomly closed, and never enough "staff" Now I need to come back again ridiculous. The amount of time it take the staff to explain that they are busy and we need to come back they could have easily packed my one box and sent me on my way! Postponing everything for the next shift or casual is not the solution! First, the poor service was due to covid then they were recovering from covid 2 years on still poor service!!! Boots get your act together!!

   Terrible service, 12 people came in after me and they made up their prescriptions first. Was left waiting for 40 minutes for 2 packs of tablets. This pharmacy has no idea what they’re doing!

   Unfortunately, the service at this chemist has dropped considerably. I have a repeat prescription each mth l. I went to pick it up today to be told it wouldn't be ready for 7 days. They received the prescription from my doctor on Tuesday. I explained to the gentleman that I only had one tablet left but got told he'd give me my prescription & I would have to find another chemist.

   This pharmacy should be closed down as they have long term issues with staffing which impacts on customers due to their unreliability and inconsistent hours. They don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, ordering repeat prescriptions is a nightmare as they fail to do it and they close with no notice. You get bounced from pillar to post trying to get some items. If you can use a different pharmacy then go somewhere else and save yourself the stress and inconvenience.

   Please avoid if possible. Very strange behaviour from the staff. Went to pick up my daughters antibiotic prescription. The man working (not the pharmacist) sent us away saying surgery needed to send it over. Went to surgery who informed us they had yesterday and gave me a bar code to show. I go back and knock at the door after calling the number advised on a piece of paper in the window which he was ignoring. He came aggressively to the window and as I tried to explain they did have what we needed through the glass door. He mimicked my voice and told me he didn't have to give my child her medication if he didn't want to and walked away. Extremely odd behaviour from an intimidating man that i really don't think should be working with the public!!! Awaiting a call back from head office but please we careful around this man he seemed aggressive and the whole experience was bizarre. Now have a child with strep throat in a lot of pain potentially without antibiotics over a weekend
