    This store is usually very good and very friendly but I popped in today to buy some cough syrup and a young (staff)lady with blonde shoulder hair was talking to an elderly lady so disrespectfully yet very patronising that I was shocked when the lady left the store she was discussing her medical prescriptions and her mental health to her colleagues just past the counter but myself and another gentleman could hear I just left I was in pure disbelief very very unprofessional and degrading the sad thing is that I think she is the store manager her name is Ella it was very disappointing

    Slow and inefficiently run. Too few staff for the amount of customers and closed at lunchtime when working people could most make use of the services. Not just a badly run pharmacy but dangerous for people who need to access medicine.

    I have my prescriptions and online orders sent here. They don't always text to let me know when they're so it's a bit hit & miss when it comes to collecting items. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, though.

    Went to buy this mossie repellent listed as £5.99 and at the till they are telling me £9.10 for this TINY can, she said it was because of delivery?? I'm standing there with it in my hand so it is me who is delivering it to them from the shelf to the counter!! What is this "delivery" scam they have going, no such rubbish going on at superdrug thank goodness.

    This pharmacy is an absolute shambles. Disorganised and understaffed. Boots should be ashamed of themselves. It seems to take over a week just to organise a simple prescription

    My husband went into the Boots Pharmacy in Merrow yesterday to dispose of medication. He told the woman behind the counter that his father had just passed away and he did not want to throw medication in the bin. The woman was abrupt and showed no empathy or simple human decency. She did not offer any condolences and didn't even say hello. She indicated that ahe was finished dealing with him by turning her back and walking away. The level of customer service is disgusting and her display of human decency is even worse. We are clients at Merrow Park Surgery and for years bought our medication from this Boots. We will now be taking our business to Lloyds Pharmacy at Sainsburys.

    Really disappointing, asked to send prescription to two different emails when it turns out they were both on leave (which they failed to mention beforehand..) and solely rely on fax machines. They were really dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. Save yourself a trip and go to the pharmacy next to merrow surgery.
