   I recently visited this small pharmacy located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Guildford and I was truly pleased with the experience. Despite its modest size, the pharmacy is well organised and surprisingly well-stocked – you can find just about everything you need, from over-the-counter medicines to personal care products. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with professionalism and kindness. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, offering a real sense of connection with the customer , a rare and valuable quality in local community shops.

   Real opening hours should be displayed - they close daily 13-14h, so I wasted my time walking there and back after a staff member told me they opened 10-4 just to find the store was closed. Hours displayed on the window don't include any closures, yet they were closed. Otherwise staff are lovely and they try their best to work as quickly as possible when there are customers waiting.

   Staff are very helpful and work incredibly hard but are clearly over stretched due to two other chemists shutting in the area. Boots should be supporting their staff better which, in turn, will make the experience better for customer's collecting prescriptions.

   They are great the queue is never less than 5 . The stick that some people give them in the shop is upsetting and they still keep going with a smile. Boots should give them a pay rise they are working with customers from the time it opens till it close's no let up . If you don't show some way to show them they are gold dust another branch will go. You cannot buy experience and when they have left the penny drops . Well done staff through these difficult times

   Absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they give me an incorrect and significantly smaller number of tablets of my life-saving medication WITHOUT TELLING ME, they then didn't have my prescription ready to pick up when these three tablets ran out and didn't tell me this either. They then refused to hand my over without calling my GP first, despite having permission to access my full medical records that have my prescription on there, and when my GP inevitably didn't answer because it was 5pm on a Friday, they still refused and gave me only a third of the amount they should have done. This is dangerous, and is pharmacological negligence.

   Waiting times to get in and get prescription can be really lengthy, so don't go when you are in a rush. Most of the staff are kind and curtious. Not sure why they still have the cap on 2 customers inside the store at one time though, feel bad when a poor oap has to wait out in the rain

   Mixed feelings here, great people, but getting our regular meds can be problematic due to supply problems, but they are a friendly lot and a great help where able.
