Very poor service boots need to look at this store it's our local store. The stuff really unhelpful and unfriendly. They always very limited on thier stock. Whenever My GP give me prescription they don't have the product and they have verypoor comeinecation to get to you back if they have the stuck or . Over all boots needs to look at this shop and do some improvement. It's a customer view. Thank you

I have been more than happy with them for all the years that I have used them. I find them very helpful. They deal with a lot of pressure because of their large workload. In these days when pharmacies are closing down and the NHS is moving to privatization. I think we should be grateful for what they do..... they aren't standing around chatting.... they are busy!!

My mum visited this pharmacy to acquire her prescription - Iβm appalled to hear how she faced a condescending, arrogant tone from one of the staff who seriously lacked the clinical communication skills to understand and respond to her enquiry in an empathetic manner. As a result, my mum wasnβt following her prescription exactly despite having asked the pharmacist and left feeling confused and put-down by their attitude. As the pharmacist is already aware, these issues with communication can cause problems with patient compliance to treatment and fosters a negative patient relationship, leading to patients ineffectively adhering to treatment regimens. Considering the type of medication being prescribed, I can only hope that this issue doesnβt persist with other patients as well!

The staff was extremely rude. I was in the shop to collect a parcel and the lady working there tried to correct everything I say in a the way a mother would to her baby but not exactly because her facial impression was judgemental as I am not a native speaker. The lady was also immigrant but she was a native English speaker. I am not native but of course this not acceptable in any way.

Very Rude Staff Always Lie never get medication on time when ever you call they said your prescription not arrived yet and when it's arrived they still said come after 4pm it's not ones upon a time last 1 year same things worst branch they spoiling boots image

Always very busy with lots of temp or new staff which seems to cause long delays in prescription filling times. Only one chair to sit on and often asked to come back in 15 minutes as prescription isn't ready. (My GP sends through direct from appointment- I purposely went for coffee and did an errand to give them time before trying to collect my prescription so 1hr 30min) It would be nice if Boots could provide a bench outside in the covered area especially for those less able to walk and stand because its a lot of effort to go elsewhere and come back in 15 mins when you're not well.

Their printer was not working and for that reason, they couldn't give me my medicine, it is shambolic, let down badly.

Dreadful pharmacy, they NEVER get my prescription correct. I have just been there, they assured me that it was correct. When I got home there is one item missing, and 2 boxes of eyedropper that I haven't used for 6 months were in the bag. I stood in a queue waiting for 25 minutes as well. Phone permanently engaged so cannot complain over the phone.
