I was looking for a drug in short supply. The pharmacist was very helpful when I phoned to check availability but I did have to make several attempts to get through. I am sure this pharmacy will be a great loss to its local community when it closes on 9 February 2034.

Been trying to call for 2 days to find out if my prescription is ready that was approved a week ago by my GP. Never answer the phone, I know there is someone there as sometimes the phone is engaged so they clearly just ignore the phone. Closed some days when google says they are open. Closes at random times for 1 hr over lunch when google says they are open. I have just switched to another pharmacy as the level service is appalling.

Honestly wish I could have not given a star at all. This boots is absolutely appalling. When I call to see if my daughters prescription is there, no answer all morning. They clearly are ignoring my calls, as I called a few times and then all of a sudden they are on another line when I try for hundredth time. When I do go and collect her prescription, sometimes its there and some of it are missing. The pharmacist was so rude, said melatonin nope not in stock. Tried getting rid of me, to put it so bluntly when I said can I leave it there she was thinking about it. Then was like yeah but it's not something we have we need fo order it. Errm, okay can you order it. Again had to think on it. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with her prescription. To be honest this is a reoccurring thing. When I do walk down there, it's not even open and I'm not the only one. There's queues, mostly elderly people. My daughter needs her medicine and I don't drive, so this is the only pharmacy I have access to. Its either sort yourselves out or find people who are reliable and not rude.

Possibly the most dysfunctional chemist I've ever had to deal with. Rarely have a Pharmacist, shelves half-empty, and incapable of processing a prescription in an efficient or timely manner.

Closed for lunch 13:00-14:00. Otherwise fine, nice to have a local place to collect prescriptions.

Visited twice and both times they have been shut during open hours. Call ahead.

They never pick up the phone so you have to walk or drive there every time you want to know if a prescription has arrived. The reason I am calling? I've been given the wrong prescription... Rang for 20 minutes, no joy.

Olivia, Kathy, Sam and Nisha and the others are all hardworking and lovely people. Olivia goes out her way for me went it comes to making my prescription and sam, Ninsha and kathy are always so kind and nice to talk too.

Very friendly staff who do what they can from a very small store. Good for collecting prescriptions, online orders, and basic bits and bobs, but it’s not a superstore so don’t expect the whole range. It’s great to have them in the village!
