This branch NEVER pick up their phone. I've tried at all times of the day on different occasions. I then have to call customer services, who have an internal number they can use... the store never pick this up either. This has just happened to me... AGAIN! They also close for lunch for an hour... which is fine, but this is not shown on line anywhere. I have been told that they're 'unable to change this'. It's bad enough managing life with chronic illnesses, without the pharmacy we rely on making life harder for us!!!

Good but could be open more often and have a bigger store, would make a better business!

Seriously, if youre not prepared to stand in a queue for 20 minutes then dont bother. They take ages to serve one customer and dont care how long others have to wait. Poor customer service and they give the impression they couldnt care less

Absolutely disgusted in this branches treatment of customers. I arrived at the door at 13:02 today 26.06.2024 behind two other gentlemen, the staff member let the two gentlemen infront of me inside and closed the door in my face, when I begged if I could be assisted the staff member looked at the manager, who then shooed me away with her hand like a dog. Now I understand the branch is closed between 13:00 and 14:00 however the manner in which I was turned away is disgusting, especially after two gentlemen were granted access right infront of me. I was desperate for assistance due to my wife requiring urgent medication. I think the staff members need customer service training and to learn manners. Absolutely fuming over the way I was turned away. I will never support this branch again. I'd rather drive to Tolworth and support the pharmacy there than boots North Parade. I will be sure to pull my repeat scripts from this store.

Worst pharmacy in the south, takes forever for them to do anything. A 45 minute wait is common here and the staff are very rude and miserable

I didnβt know real pain and suffering until I entered the boots pharmacy in chessington. I say enter, itβs near impossible to actually get in as they often leave for lunches or just leave you outside to wait. Once you finally manage to find a convenient time for them to enter, the challenge really begins. Michelle (manager) is often stood behind the counter scowling at customers as they come in and out of the shop. Sheβs normally the only one available to talk which is extremely difficult as she lacks any sort of basic social skills. Once you have gone blue in the face from repeating your name over and over, she will storm of to the back to do everything but look for your prescription. Michelle then does a complete disappearing act and is no where to be found. Iβm honestly curious as to what happens back there, I get given a lot of time to think about it. After waiting in suspense not knowing whether I should be worried for Michelle or jealous, she emerges. I normally have mixed feelings, Iβm happy that this traumatic experience is almost coming to an end but Iβm sad Ill have to do this all again next month. but then I look down to see Michelleβs hands are empty and sheβs coming back to ask my name. At this point Iβve lost all will live. Michelle again disappears into the back and once again in left waiting and wondering. Finally she returns from wherever she disappears to with nothing in her hand to tell me theyβve forgotten to order my prescription. As Michelle had already sucked the life and soul out of me I gave in and retreated home. In conclusion, Michelle is a soul sucking, socially incapable woman with a passion for inconveniencing as many people at one time. Rumour has it she has two left hands and one brain cell.

Theres a lady in Boots who usually answers the phone during week and is particularly unhelpful.. I removed them from being my primary pharmacist only coz of her ... despite of doc sending prescriptions to them, however urgent they are, she would not budge and tell to wait.. very non serious attitude... rubbish service

shocking my mum has just come out of a long stay in hospital the GP send her medication order to the pharmacy on the 12th June we went to collect on the 15th June they said that they hadn't received the prescription, I have spent time on Monday the 17th June chasing the GP to make sure that they had sent the prescription, when I phoned the pharmacy they told me firstly that they were waiting for something that had to be ordered in which I knew wasn't true as my sister had gone through the list of medication required on Saturday to make sure they had it in stock... then I was told that they need to speak to my mum??? At such a stressful time this is not needed.......
