Buckleys are rubbish compared to Boots in Leatherhead. Buckleys are not automated, Boots are all online, speedy, friendly, open longer more convenient hours and are amazing compared. A particularly rude pharmacist (not the owner) in Buckleys upper ashtead, told me to get my pills from Scotland! This was because I needed a particular type of pill that he couldn't be bothered ordering. He was argumentative and the staff cowered in his presence. I would also highly recommend Boots in Leatherhead, who offer a delivery service to your home and free for some. I'm so glad I no longer have to put up with Buckley's shoddy, rude and demeaning service. Hooray for Boots Leatherhead!!

They don’t update their Google availability so they were closed when it said they were open. Service is generally very methodical… aka slow

This is a great pharmacy and we are fortunate to have it in our village. I find the owners and staff are courteous even when they are very busy. Thank you.

They were able to diagnose my condition and issue a prescription within minutes of turning up at their door at opening time on a Sunday morning. Beats the hell out of 12 hours in A&E or the hoop jumping required to see a GP. Of course there's only a limited number of ailments they can do that for, but running through the 111 questions on the symptoms suggested to try a pharmacist and it was definitely the way to go.

Great local pharmacy with experienced pharmacist who is kind and helpful. Patient and professional staff who assist if needed. It can get busy at times but this is to be expected for a place with a good reputation. Fair prices for private prescription items.

The pharmacist there on Sunday could not have been more helpful and patient. Thoroughly recommend this pharmacy.

Awful head pharmacist. Out right called me an invalid because I asked if he had a product in stock I desperately needed for my grandad. Refused to give me his name, called me an invalid after me asking 3 different questions about the same product. Will NOT be using this pharmacy again. The staff inside two women had nothing to say when the manager said what he said. Most disrespectful pharmacy I have EVER walked into.

Mr Kureeman - The manager is brilliant ! My partner called during the day to organise to collect some medicine for our daughter…they organised for her to collect it in the afternoon. With our children being poorly she was unable to leave the house…Myself usually finishing quite late in the day, I didn’t manage to get their in time before closing. I turned up at 6:15pm looked in the door and thought to myself how am I going to get through this evening without my child’s medicine. Mr Kureeman came rushing out the door and served me even after closing for the day. Thank you once again!

The main pharmacist is really superb - he gets a five star as he's helpful, friendly and kind....however a mature female assistant really needs to go on a customer training course and not be so rude...she gets one star....

You are an excellent, warm-hearted and special place for us all to get good advice and support. Thank you. We are blessed to have you in Ashtead. My second vaccination was so well handled.
