Terrible. Had a prescription sent from Kingston Hospital for my sick baby that needed an inhaler and spacer. Went to collect only to be told they had no spacers and would take a week to have one! So sent away with an inhaler that my baby obviously couldn't use! So that was useless. Terrible management of their stock!
Jean could not be more helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure my items are available. My compression sleeves takes ages to come through so Jean makes sure she has a set in stock ready for my next prescription. I was about to go on holiday and one of the prescription items was not in stock - Jean phoned round and got it from another branch so I would have it to take on holiday. A really professional, friendly service which is much appreciated - thank you.
This pharmacy @ Hook Chessington randomly closes, advises its customers that they've placed an order for out otmf stock prescriptions, advises you they'll be in stock the next day. Then the next day comes, you go to collect only to be told they still have no stock & don't know when they will have stock. Also if you call to check if a prescription has been sent by your gp, they tell you nothings been received, you the call your gp, they tell you its def been sent, you call back, to be told oh yeah we do have it. Absolute joke......no customer service.
Needed to pick up a prescription for my elderly mother. The hours on the website are clearly marked 6.30pm for weekdays and even the Doctor thought they closed at 6pm. Arrived to pick up the prescription at 5.30pm and the store was closed. From looking at other reviews the stores opening times are unreliable.
The store randomly closes during lunch time. So although I checked on the web that it's open, it is closed now. This is so unhelpful, especially for older people who might struggle with mobility and also for people having only the lunchbreak for errands. No problem to close during lunch but please make that more clear than with a written note on the door when you have already arrived. Please be mindful of other people's busy schedules.
Terrible staff. Always slow; occasionally rude. Randomly close the shop without notice and don’t answer the phone.

I got my flu jab yesterday! Only fourteen quid, and Jessica, very friendly, smiley and smart in Victorian-style garb, did it same-day, with nary a scratch: recommended ✅
I just obtain my automatic prescription renewals from them and for 10 years they have been very efficient
