The only pharmacy to have my prescription.. I rang 6 different ones with no luck after Boots had told me over the phone my prescription was ready ..when I arrived to collect it was an error on their part and they had none due to a shortage? Not the first time either .. I'll be using Ace from now on they are really efficient and quick ..
Got a flu vaccination without an appointment! Very friendly staff, perhaps not the tidiest shop but didn't matter. Boots had no appointments this year. Very professional advice about a skin infection as well.
Absolute lifesavers. After phoning 20 or so pharmacies trying to get mums breast cancer treatment which was in short supply this was the only pharmacy that went out of their way to source the product. Others were simply “computer says no.” Even though it was the only treatment she was on. Ace went far and beyond sourcing the item for her. Always polite and helpful the pharmacy is well staffed. Ace again helped me when I couldn’t get a medication I’m reliant on when every pharmacy in my area couldn’t get hold of it and wouldn’t make the effort to source it. Always go that extra mile. Very grateful customers. Thank you Ace.

The best pharmacy I've been to in years! Having spent a few years away in Addlestone where Lloyds Pharmacy were useless, it was a total joy to come back to Ace. My surgery prepped a prescription for me at lunchtime on Friday, sent it over electronically and at 1520 it was ready at Ace according to the label! Walked in to collect at 6pm expecting a battle and a long wait but there it was ready in the box. No wait in the queue at all. Please keep it up, you guys are ace!
My partner went to the chemist to collect her prescription. My partner showed the person at the counter her pregnancy documents which included an early pregnancy scan. The person at the counter said that’s £9 for the prescription. My partner explained to her that she’s collected her prescriptions elsewhere and she’s not had to pay because she is pregnant. The women behind the counter still told her she had to pay £9. So my partner googled prescription fees on the NHS website and showed it to her. She insisted that it was only for people who had already had their baby. So my partner paid the £9 and left. My partner decided to re-read the NHS website and it said that you get free prescriptions when you are pregnant. So my partner went back to find that the pharmacist and the woman behind the counter were talking about her and laughing. My partner showed them the NHS website. Only then my partner was offered a refund and no apology was given. Won’t be visiting this pharmacy again.
Excellent service for travel vaccinations. Called up enquiring about availability and they were able to see us the same day. Pharmacist was very nice and took time to go through our vaccination records and suggest best vaccines for our destination. Pricing was fair compared to other pharmacies.
Staff doing there best to manage queues for Covid booster jab. By the way, you can walk straight in if not getting a vaccination, zero queues for pharmacy. Seats have been provided, dotted around the place for people queuing/waiting. I had a pre-booked appointment and arrived early, nevertheless it took about 35mins from start to finish in the Pharmacy, plus an additional 15min wait after, although I did this extra waiting comfortably in my car. Its worth the wait, be patient, the winter season is upon us, so grateful to have got the booster jab and some addition protection from this stubborn COVID virus.
