   I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour and dishonesty of the pharmacy staff. Here's exactly what happened: 1. I have been collecting the same nasal spray for my 4-year-old son for 4 months. The 1st and 2nd time, I received sprays with the same medicine name but from different brands. 2. The 2nd brand worked better because its spray pump was smoother and more effective. So I requested that same brand again on the 3rd visit. 3. During the 3rd visit, they gave me the 1st time’s spray again. When I politely asked for the 2nd brand (which worked better), they started giving excuses and blatantly lied. 4. They claimed: ❌ “We don’t have that brand.” ❌ “You only got that brand earlier because the regular one was out of stock.” ❌ “We cannot give you the spray now — this is expensive.” ❌ “Tell your GP to write the exact brand next time.” ✅ However, the prescription was the same all three times. 5. They lied that it was a completely different spray, but when I came home and checked the bottles, I saw both sprays had the same medicine — only the brand names were different. 6. Is it acceptable to randomly switch brands for a 4-year-old child without discussing it with the parent or doctor? This is careless and unprofessional behaviour. 7. To make matters worse, multiple staff members started speaking loudly in public to make me feel uncomfortable and try to shut me up — just to avoid taking responsibility. And this happened front of my 4yr old, and later hi asked me mumma why were they shouting? 8. The same kind of treatment happened with my brother-in-law too during his visit. 9. I have kept the previous spray bottles for proof — both the old and new ones — and I’m happy to provide evidence if needed. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. Staff should be honest, transparent, and respectful — especially when it comes to children’s medicines. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both their attitude and professional standards.

   Very unhelpful and incompetent staff. I have tried to get FP57 refund, however staff did not know what I was talking about. After 15minutes of consulting with other colleagues they found the form and asked me to go to other branch to speak to their manager to resolve the issue when it had to be the dispensing pharmacy that should have dealt with this query and this was the pharmacy I have collected prescription from. When I have clarified that with the staff they said that the refund can not be issued as I did not arrive within 2 days after collecting the prescription. FP57 refund form allows you to get a refund within 3 months of the payment if you obtain exemption from NHS prescription charges (which once again the staff was not aware of). They gave me an exuse that their till won't balance if they give me my refund. I had a proof of payment as well as the proof of my exemption which the staff did not even look at and had denied giving me a refund that I was entitled to. I was also denied to be given FP57 refund form so I could resolve the issue in another pharmacy. I have spent more than 30 minutes trying to explain to the staff what they should have already known and still they could not help me with my query!

   I came in to see the pharmacist after accidentally cutting my hand opening a glass bottle. The pharmacist was lovely and extremely helpful. She told me everything I needed to buy and then helped me clean the wound and wrapped a bandage over it. There was a queue so I had to wait for some time but I would still recommend this pharmacy if you need advice

   At least 6 ladies working at the pharmacy, all assisting 1 customer while having a queue of people waiting to be served. Went in to get any pain relief medication for my tonsillitis as couldnt get gp appointment to get antibiotics 5days in a row so was looking for alternative ways to soothe the pain. Lady behind the counter (no name tags, so cant specify which one) start looking around what's available as she said shes new. Another girl came over to help her and the lady who was initially was serving me said "she wants antibiotics and I told her we cant give her that". And Thats definitely not what I was asking for. I told the girl that I need something to use instead of antibiotics, and not the actual thing. Everyone quickly disappeared and I was left to wait at the tills with yet another staff member to pay for the items I got. I dont understand where the need of staff making customer look dumb in pharmacy full of people makes sense. But the whole experience was just awful. Will never go there again and recommend others to avoid this place unless they want to get their mood ruined for the rest of the day.

   Today I was trying desperately to find calamine lotion as there is a big outbreak of chicken pox and there is a shortage of calamine in the uk due to someone buying it all and selling the bottles on eBay at £50-£80 a bottle , I went to this pharmacy who didn’t have any but the empathy I received from the staff really touched me , while I was there a customer went home to get me some that she owned , to the lady that came and found me to tell me , god bless you ! And to the lady who went home to get me some I am in your debt ,a complete restored faith in humanity from this group of ladies , thank you soo much xxx

   Non co-operation by mr ruval , denied me on emergency supply , even after assuring him , he will get digital priscription soon surgery open , even delaying on delivery , i have collect my medicine personal though i have poor health condition
