   Absolutely shocking customer service. I was given the complete runaround from start to finish. They were completely unwilling to tell me the price of my private prescription, repeatedly stating only that it was “expensive” while outright refusing to give an actual price. They then attempted to refuse the prescription altogether, claiming there was a quantity error when there absolutely wasn’t — this was clearly and thoroughly explained to them. On top of that, they failed to mention that they didn’t even stock one of the prescribed items and instead told me to come back at a later date so they could “look into it.” They also refused to check what medication they could order in because the prescription was electronic, insisting they needed a physical copy. When I returned with the physical prescription, they proceeded to write all over it, which could have completely invalidated it for use elsewhere. I left with no medication, no prescription, and a genuinely dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs.

   I called in advance to check if they could order in my medication from a private prescription and was told they could order it in for me. I drove 45 mins to this store, as Asda pharmacy are the only place offering IVF medication with no profit, and when I got there the pharmacy was closed without warning. I waited 30 mins for them to re- open, only to be told they didn’t have the medication and could not order it in. A waste of my time and extremely unhelpful staff.

   I have visited Asda Pharmacy for an emergency prescription as we ran out of tablets. I have requested them for few tables for a day or two as I have already given request to GP for repeat prescription. The amount for checks they have done at the counter and interrogation how. Why, when, who etc., and finally they have started calculating the tables when they were given and how they are running out etc., Finally they have not given the requested tablets

   This pharmacy like most as they follow a ridiculous system is outrageous. Why do we have to wait 20 plus min to pick up our prescription? What sort of unless is behind processing a simple box of antiinflamtories? In any other country one gets in and gives a prescription the pharmacist turn around get the box and !magic! Paid and gone

   If you want to spend all day waiting in queue, then for the staff to serve customers who push in. Then to be told an hour wait. Great service would use again love sitting around for 2 hours to get something that was pre ordered. By the way their 5 star reviews seem very suspicious, friend and family yeah?

   I booked flu vaccine for today at 11 am. they kept me waiting over 30 min. no one else was taking it before me. they were serving multiple who came after me. customer service doesn't exist there. the nurse super friendly

   I always come here to get my father’s prescriptions. However, they are always extremely slow and make you wait a really long time (seems like it’s fun to the staff to do so)! One of the staff member gave the phone number of this pharmacy so that I can contact them before coming to collect the prescription!! However every time I call they are unwilling to respond to the phone!! Also, they tell me it will take 30 minutes so I wait and cold after 30 minutes!! But then I have to wait an hour and half!!! Like guys I got something else to do (we all have life’s)! I also work in customer service and know this is not acceptable, I know how hard it is but half an hour and I’m still waiting now!! This pharmacy is insane, I only Cole here due to my father using it, if it was up to me I will never come here!! I gave two star only cuz the staff is nice, otherwise this pharmacy deserve zero star!! They told me ten minutes when I came in and I’m still here waiting after flipping 30 minutes!!

   I'm using my regular medication but always facing problems to get my medicine just because I not using benefits or universal credit. Even I paid one month advance for my medication but they didn’t order it. I visited pharmacy 10 times a month but that they said always tomorrow they are almost out of their mind. Why they ask me to paid first if they don’t have stocks. Since I'm on control drug they can't transfer it to another store. Hopefully they will get in tomorrow. They were not sympathetic . Why only allowing full treatment only for those people who are taking any benefits and universal credit. We are contributing NHS services why we are not getting our medication after we paid it. Compromise with health issue as a human being it’s not right.

   Ask my wife to get me specific Medication. Of courses "wanna be a doctor" staff was trying to be smarter then actual doctor and convicted my wife to by smth completely different.
