A really positive experience in the pharmacy today. I had been prescribed HRT for the first time. A lovely lady explained that it would be beneficial for me to purchase the HRT annual certificate. Didn't know that it existed. She helped me complete the application on my phone. She saved me money and gave me knowledge.

Very rude when you call, very slow service even when they have 10 people working behind the counter even if you’re the only person in there. At least a 20 min wait. Absolutely useless
My wife and I always come here for our Covid injections, but not only are they done efficiently, the chemists and staff are helpful and friendly. We buy quite a bit when there and are always pleased to visit. Recomended.
We arrived with a referral from a virtual GP requesting that my under-18 child have her ear examined. This request was ignored, and the staff proceeded to sell us over-the-counter ear drops without checking her ear or asking the pharmacist to check our daughter. Now, we will need to go to Boots or Tesco to have her ear properly examined by the pharmacist. This type of service should not be denied, especially when there is a doctor’s order.
This is closer to me so decided to try it. busy but lack of customer care - im going back to my old chemist in south harrow after a bad experience
I don't find people working there professional enough, I'm sorry. They just try to get rid of you. Very bad medicine recommendation from their site.
