   Had an amazing experience at this pharmacy! Mr. Faran went above and beyond — I needed a meningitis vaccine last minute for my Umrah trip, and he ordered it in and had me sorted the very next day. The service was fast, professional, and caring. Lana is also wonderful, always making sure my dad’s medicine trays are ready on time. Truly exceptional patient care — highly recommend!

   Chemists always get harsh reviews because people hate to queue but it goes with the territory and the demand for medicines is always high and growing. I have seen first hand that Pearl are trying to address this and doing their best under extreme circumstances to provide a good service. Today, I had a situation where my elderly Mother had run out of her medication due to a misunderstanding on our part. It was imperative that she had her medication asap and Derby Surgery and the chemist at Pearl were incredibly helpful in sorting this problem out expediently and professionally for which I am very grateful.

   Ive been visiting this pharmacy monthly to pick up my prescription and the staff has been really helpful and polite at every visit.    This Phatmacy is a joke They are fooling patients and misleading the GPS They have no insight about dispensing drugs and medication They wast their customers time and they are lazy disorganised bunch of unprofessional pharmacists and business manages This pharmacy is unsafe and should be taken off the Tattenham corner parade where the patients are elderly Will be reporting them to the CQC and consumers forum

   Just want to commend the excellent service from the driver arrived with 2 boxes 1 very heavy and he brought it in for me. Changed pharmacy for mum because of the dreadful service and we were recommended here..... from calling yesterday to get the presentations delivered today to mum the whole thing was seemless thank for taking off one of our stresses getting mums medicines

   I called just to speak to the doctor there just to ask a couple off questions about the medication I was giving by my gp. The women I spoke to was rude. Asked if I got the prescription from there I said no she said where did u pick it up from I said asda burgh heath. She said okay well can't u call them as they gave it to you. I was in shock I thought surley any pharmacy should be able to answer a question about tablets. But she didn't even ask the doctor to speak to me before suggesting calling asda.

   I went in to buy some over the counter medicine and the person serving me made me feel like I was trying to buy a Class A substance with their rude, inappropriately admonishing attitude. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy. There are plenty of others.

   I was more than let down by the service!!!! Firstly, I was made to wait while everyone in the shop was served before me! I'm talking people who were behind me...5 people to be presice! Then I had to ask if there was a problem with my prescription but apparently,more than 4 people confused the Pharmacist!!! That's what he said as there were to many people there and it confused him!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!
