This pharmacy always had everything ready right away to help me in my urgent condition. On top of that, they offer many additional helpful items that I found very useful.    Best pharmacy in Teddington! The staff are always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Kay, who went above and beyond to find an alternative antibiotic for my 4-year-old when the original wasn’t in stock. Despite it being a busy bank holiday, he patiently explained the options and spent over 30 minutes on hold to speak with the doctor and arrange a new prescription. Truly an exceptional pharmacist and person, I can’t thank him enough!

   Pharmacist Kay has just saved my weekend. I called him with a specialist, urgent prescription after a very long wait at St Peters hospital on Good Friday. He was amazing on the phone and kept his pharmacy open after its published close time so we could drive to him (he told me not to rush and to drive safely- he would wait for me). Prescription made up quickly and with a smile despite 2 extra customers following me it. Brilliant service, wish you were closer to home!
