   The best pharmacy in Hounslow. Forget the lack of service and long queues at Boots. Crystal Pharmacy is absolutely brilliant. The service from the lovely gentleman and his wife is amazing. Such a personal service, so helpful and go the extra mile every single time. They are so friendly and kind. They have medication that other pharmacies struggle to obtain. Understandable with shortages etc but I'm amazed that this pharmacy manages to get them and in such quick turnaround. Brilliant and a massive thank you.

   This is a really excellent chemist's. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and understands the meaning of customer service. What is more, he is able to fulfil NHS prescriptions where the suppliers of other pharmacies flounder. He is also prepared to give medical advice and offers a personalised approach as well as an excellent range of over the counter medicines and other goods. I really cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough.
