   As a healthcare establishment, pharmacies need to be so cautious and vigilant with their opening and closing times. I had a severe allergic reaction last night and needed a rescue inhaler. I was told to get it first thing in the morning. However, I am sat here, it is almost 8:50 am and the pharmacy was supposed to open at 8:30 am. To someone without an emergency it might not seem like a big deal. But for someone who has been struggling to breathe the entire night and has to be at work 9 am, this is a huge deal. Please be mindful of your time.

   Pathetic service. Waited over an hour and a half for “Sanjay” the pharmacist to get back from his lunch break to prep my prescription which was there since the morning and I had gone at 2pm. The lady there had called Sanjay multiple times to get back from his overtime lunch and got no answer. Another poor old lady was also expressing her frustration as she had been waiting for her prescription well before I had. The old lady told me the pharmacist has gone AWOL before and she’s had to wait. I was told to come back after 45 minutes and I did. The pharmacist was still on lunch. The lady had apologised multiple times on behalf of Sanjay stating he shouldn’t be gone for this long. Very unprofessional. After another 20 minutes, I was told the items on my prescription weren’t even in store and would have to be ordered (which I’ve been told multiple times and the items never seem to arrive.) Oh and guess what? Sanjay was still on this 10 course lunch. Absolute joke of a pharmacy with a clown running it.

   KL Pharmacy is a fantastic service, Coveniently based next to the clinic, With Covid-19 safety measures in place. Jatinder & staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always speak to patients in a courteous professional manner. Would recommend to everyone
