   An absolutely wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacist is a knowledgeable gentleman who goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. I would highly recommend their services. Well kept premises. Due care regarding social distancing, hand sanitizer station. Plus it's quiet outside so if you have to queue for a few minutes there is little chance of being too near anyone. Well worth a visit. If I could give more stars, I would.

   Fantastic pharmacy. I have used the chemist here for over 20 years for all my family's prescriptions and other pharmacy needs. He gives really helpful advice, is so patient with explanations/questions and conscientious. It is evident he takes a great pride in his work and his patients well-being. He always goes above and beyond to help everyone. He deserves a medal, really.

   Used the medicspot GP video consultation here, was a fantastic service and I would recommend it. For a small fee I was able to video link to a doctor who diagnosed my ailment and I collected the medicines at the pharmacy after the consultation. If I hadn't been fortunate enough to find this it would have dragged on for days before I would have seen a doctor. I'm a working parent with no time to be unwell!

   Mr Sondh is a good pharmacist and takes time to advise on the medication. He also gives good advice on over the counter products. His assistant is very helpful and overall, the pharmacy is stocked well with a good selection of medicines, toiletries and related items. A brilliant shop in Osterley village and a big loss if it closed. I ask all reading this, to make an effort to use this community pharmacy, and support a worthy small business, and stop the stranglehold of supermarkets on local shops. Thanks.
