Very poor customer service and insufficient product stock. Went to collect some prescription medications, was advised that they didn't have one of the items and to come back after 4:30pm to collect. Drove back over as advised and still didn't have the item. Visited the next morning, as urgently needed some ointment for an eye infection, shop was closed even though it should have opened 10 minutes beforehand. I am now using Hawks pharmacy instead which have been excellent, I would avoid this place if you can.

Laurel Pharmacy is the best! I’ve been going there for many years and the team has always been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. No question is ever too much trouble. The staff really know their stuff and take the time to explain things clearly, which I truly appreciate. It feels great to have a local pharmacy that offers personal attention instead of the rushed feeling you often get at big chains. They’re great for advice, always serve the community in such a caring way, and bring that genuine friendliness you want in a neighbourhood business. Lovely people and a real asset to the community!

Pharmacists Ashok and Lalit Tanna have looked after my family for over 25yrs. My mother had a very complicated medicine regime which meant that they had to liaise with the hospital and doctors surgery to made sure each new drug was compatible with the existing ones. My mother knew she was in the very best of hands. Their care and consistent kindness has never faltered. They are truly my go-to when I feel unwell. I hope they never retire.

I would like to share my very positive recent experience. I felt very poorly and couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor. I phoned Laurel at about 4 pm and was given advice to call 111. After the consultation a prescription was sent there and Mr Tanna delivered it to me personally at 7.30 pm on a freezing cold night. I was actually visiting family and do not live in the area, which makes it all the more special to come across this kind of dedication. I can’t thank them enough.

These people have no compassion. I came after surgery for wisdom tooth extraction with prescription for Dexamethasone. After waiting for 10 minutes while pharmacist finishes chatting with his friend I was denied stating that dentists can't prescribe the drug and I have to go to GP. At 6 PM with huge pain after surgery. They did not want to call the dentist or do anything to help.

Very lucky to have such a caring and efficient pharmacy to take care of our family needs as and when needed. They always go the extra mile, and having used larger supermarket based pharmacies, this makes a huge difference. If you value time and want a fast friendly service in the local area, these guys are number one.

Laurel pharmacy has excellent customer service, and I have to admit it’s one of the best community pharmacies in Kingston. I visited the pharmacy a couple of days ago to collect my mum’s medication and get some advice on treating a minor ailment. The girl on the shop floor who greeted me on my first point of arrival was amiable, and she served me promptly with a smile on her face. Moreover, the pharmacist was exceptionally polite and helpful. He provided me medication for my problem and talked me through the instruction on how to use the medication correctly, and advised me on how to deal with the side effect if I encountered one. He was patient with me during the consultation, and he seemed so friendly and calm. In addition, they have recently introduced a yellow repeat prescription sticker which is very convenient and lovely to us. Usually, the stickers are either on the back or the front of your medicine package. Every month, three days before my mother runs out of her medications, I call them, and they would contact your GP on your behalf to ask them to approve your prescription. This service is hassled free, and you will not be disappointed when you want to come to collect your medication. Moreover, If you are unable to come to and collect your medication in person for any reason, they deliver your prescription to your door for free. They post your medicines in a letterbox so you won’t have to wait at home for the delivery. I have used their delivery service as well, and I have to admit it was incredible. I would recommend this pharmacy to those who love to be treated nicely and with respect.
