Absolute waste of time, irresponsible advice and terrible customer service. Ordered the morning after pill for my girlfriend which is often embarrassing and worrisome enough for a young woman. My girlfriend filled out all the online information and was told that the prescription would be available immediately. 24 hours later weβve arrived at this pharmacy to be told itβs not there and may arrive tomorrow but that should be fine because it can work for up to 5 days afterwardsβ¦ Anybody that has been in this scary situation will know that time is of the essence and that the effectiveness of these drugs are based on how soon after they are taken. Absolutely no help locating stock at other branches and no help processing a refund of over Β£30 for something that simply didnβt even turn up and no apology either. Any local chemist is miles better than this pathetic chain who have simply bought their way into convenient locations without remembering the basics of this type of business.

Terrible experience. A lack of any trained staff here. Those staff that do turn up (hours late) are so rude. Lloyd's and Sainsburys need to hire more people, train more people for this. Changing the nominated pharmacy to Boots on High street will be the best way to go

Always a bad experience. There doesn't seem to be an efficient system in place. I dropped a prescription and was told to come back 45min later. I went back 90 min later and had to wait under 30min - they very obviously hadn't prepared my prescription and this isn't the first time! Staff aren't friendly which doesn't help! If it wasn't convenient to go here due to it being in Sainsburys, I am sure they wouldn't have many customers.

The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Supposed to open at 8am staff turn up at 11am. Ordered meds 15 days ago to be told I didn't give them enough time to do the scripts. Was in hospital last night as I had a series of seizures as no medication that stops them.

Cannot review their service as they never answer their phone. Or does that constitute a review? Over the past week I have rung approximately 10 times, to enquire about a test, as my 5 year old grandson needs a certain test which apparently 'your local pharmacy' can carry out as the doctor cannot see him for 2 weeks and its not yet serious enough for A and E.

Just spent an hour in Lloydβs Pharmacy Epsom. The system is being upgraded and they have to search for your prescription details on the system. The lady serving was very nice but the pharmacist was so slow and quite off with people. This is the main emergency chemist in the area tonight. I had been referred there by 111 as had another lady for her 86 mother who urgently needed medication. Maybe the NHS need to find a better emergency chemist to serve the community as this was really poor service and they couldnβt cope. There wasnβt even that many people there on a Saturday night at 7pm, Iβd hate to see what it was like if it was busy.

Brilliant pharmacy, the staff are lovely. They call around if they don't have your medication in and prep your prescription quickly if you really need it done and ask. Always happy to go the extra mile and learn who you are by name over time and what's wrong and ask about you and your family. Best pharmacy I've been too. The only downside comes from the location; not having Internet access or reception inside Sainsbury's when interacting with them if you have a query or need to make a call to your GP surgery yourself.

Had two bad experiences purely due to rude staff. They think it's OK to close early, and also just cancel your prescription claiming they've called and left a message twice (I had one missed call and no message). The staff seem to believe they are doing you some massive favour by dispensing your medication when in fact they get paid a lot by the NHS for doing it.
