   Went to collect prescription after going to the Dr’s. Collected fine & given 2 boxes of medication at nearly £20. Though I wasn’t sure what the 2nd box was for. Checked out & found I’d been given an old prescription from August that we didn’t even realise existed. Despite only being in my hands for a few mins I was told we couldn’t have a refund??? Basically told it was our fault & we should check! I’m not a medical professional, I don’t have a clue. I collect a prescription for an appointment in November that I attended that day. I expect the prescription to be for that appointment. Not 3 months previous, for a virus that’s long gone!

   I’ve had a great experience with Shelvers Pharmacy! They make repeat prescriptions so easy and hassle-free. The staff is always helpful, and Kate, in particular, is fantastic—friendly, professional, and always happy to assist. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service!

   Since Jubichem came under new management the service has been outstanding. I now get notifications that repeat prescriptions are ready only a few hours from my telephone request, the shop is better stocked and prices are more competitive. Well done.

   I have noticed a change in Jubichem under the new management. There is a huge improvement on service. My prescription is now quickly organised and provided unlike previously! The shop is also better stocked and the staff are willing to order in for you if possible. I had thought of changing my pharmacy before but I am now not going to!

   Online it doesn’t say they close from 1-2pm Monday-Friday so when they finally have your prescription ready you go, you have to wait until they re open. Had to wait 15 mins without even being acknowledged when there , was no one front of me and 3 staff all ignoring me and were all round the back talking. I stood waiting for a prescription for my child that was ready to collect and no reaction from staff for about 15/10 mins. Some of the staff are unbelievably rude . Snappy, don’t answer questions, definitely not what you want from a local pharmacy. Didn’t even assist an elderly gentleman man struggling to sort his Prescription as they want everything online
