Late Friday evening I realised I didn’t have sufficient medicine for Sunday and beyond so requested new prescription from my GP via the NHS app at 11pm. My fault for forgetting to request my 3 monthly order of 8 different drugs. Saturday 11am went to pharmacy to request emergency cover for a couple of days. To my great surprise GP had authorised the prescription already and the pharmacist had completed preparing it a couple of hours earlier. Well done to both. That is what I call service - and with a smile

Unfriendly staff and a really negative atmosphere here. If you want a better experience, just head over to Temple across the road — totally different vibe.

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. I needed to pick up my prescription this morning and I was met with hostility from the get-go. The customer assistant was very rude, answering sharply in short sentences and had no desire to assist. The manager was nice and tried to address this behaviour, but it still left a very sour note. I will be moving my prescription to a different pharmacy where I can be treated with respect and courtesy. It's unfortunate that this pharmacy failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service

Terrible customer service. Went in there a couple days ago and wanted to ask a question, and was asked to wait as the cashier was busy. I don't mind waiting but she left me so long that it felt quite insulting as I was standing in front of her. I just said forget it and walked out. She didn't care, so just shows their complete lack of respect for customers.

I have used this pharmacy for the first time for a private prescription. I have taken up so much of their time with queries about the prescription which has been written up with the wrong dose. They have been so helpful and the pharmacist has been so patient about it all. It is not quite near enough for me to have as my local pharmacy but if it was I would be changing to them now.

There was a 20% difference between the price shown in the shelf, and the price I was charged. When I told the lady at the shop I had been overcharged, she didn't offer to reimburse the difference.

I tried to get my medicine and the lady was very rude unhelpful worst pharmacy ever I recommend going to Ealing Broadway and having a look at the pharmacies there . For a village chemist they are the worst service ever do not go !

Always busy, slow service, understaffed, messy. Prefer Temple if you are on Pitshanger Lane.

My prescription was incorrectly sent to this pharmacy and a week later they hadn’t made contact with me or the surgery. I have had problems previously with prescriptions here and there is a war going on between the 2 pharmacists on the lane. They are supposed to be community pharmacists, I don’t think so and will not be frequenting either in the future. Very disappointing, we want to support local businesses but not if they cannot provide good customer service.
